Vidpros review
Motion and video, Social media · Casper, Wyoming, USA · Since 2020
Vidpros is a video editing service started in 2020, according to its founder's note, and registered as a Wyoming limited liability company. Its editors are based in the Philippines and work 8am to 5pm Philippine time from Tuesday to Saturday, so US clients who send footage in the evening get drafts back overnight.
Plans are sold as editor time rather than as a count of videos. Part Time is $1,000 a month for a dedicated editor's two hours per workday, about 40 hours a month; Full Time is $4,000 for eight hours a day, about 160. It caps each editor at four clients, which it says is what secures those two hours.
Editing is done in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with review on Frame.io. The site draws its own limits: templates for intros, lower thirds and end cards, but no custom motion graphics and no cartoon animation. Agencies can resell the service through a portal carrying their own logo, at a markup they set.
Who Vidpros is for
YouTubers, course creators, podcasters and small businesses publishing every week, who want the same editor learning their style over months. The overnight rhythm suits US creators most: footage sent in the evening usually comes back the next morning.
Agencies are the other reader. The white-label portal puts the agency's logo on the client side, and the terms carve reseller accounts out of the marketing licence, so their clients' work is not shown in the Vidpros gallery.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes both plan prices and the hours each buys, so its own figure of about $25 an hour can be checked
- States a cap of four clients per editor and a one-video-at-a-time workflow, so the queue is clear before signing
- Its terms give the client ownership of finished deliverables once fees are paid, and exclude white-label clients from its marketing use
- Runs month to month with a $100 trial week, and the terms promise not to use client footage to train third-party AI models
Where it falls short
- The terms say turnaround is not guaranteed and that all fees are non-refundable
- Pausing is not offered; the terms point to cancellation instead
- The Full Time plan card promises multiple projects edited in parallel, while the terms describe one video at a time per editor seat
- No custom motion graphics or animation, and the larger Scale Pro and Agency plans are priced only on a call
Vidpros pricing
Part Time costs $1,000 a month for a dedicated editor's two hours per workday, which the site puts at about 40 hours a month. It adds stock video and music, simple thumbnails, AI captions and three months of storage. Full Time costs $4,000 for eight hours a day, about 160 hours. Scale Pro and Agency plans are discussed on a call.
There is no free trial. A $100 week buys up to 10 short edits or one long video and then converts into the $1,000 plan. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no refund of fees already paid.

“Vidpros operates on a one-video-at-a-time workflow per editor seat: you submit a project, we deliver a draft, you revise, and the next project enters the queue.”

“You retain ownership of the Customer Content you submit and of the finished video deliverables Vidpros produces for you, subject to your payment of all applicable fees”
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Vidpros publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Four clients per editor is the number that explains Vidpros. It makes the $1,000 Part Time plan easy to reason about: roughly two hours of one editor's day, every workday, for a creator or small team shipping weekly videos. The terms are specific about ownership, AI training and white-label privacy, which helps an agency reselling the work.
Buyers used to paying per video should do the maths first, because the plan sells hours and a long edit can use several days of them. There is no pause, no refund and no guaranteed turnaround in the terms. Anyone needing custom animation is out of scope too, since the site limits motion work to templates.
This is an independent review. Vidpros is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
