Undullify review

Graphic design, Social media, Marketing design

Undullify sells a narrow thing on purpose: small graphic design tasks, which its FAQ defines as jobs that take no longer than 30 minutes. A set of social posts, a print-ready flyer or a batch of photo edits fits; a website redesign is out of scope. It says it has been creating designs for over 8 years.

Three plans are published. Starter is $149 a month with a 3 business day turnaround, Entrepreneur is $249 with 1 business day, and Agency is $399 with 1 business day, unlimited brands and a dedicated design team. Every plan runs one active task at a time, and a task stays active until all its revisions are approved.

Work is done in Adobe tools only. The FAQ rules out Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides and Canva, so decks built in those tools are off the list. Its terms define a business day by Australian public holidays, and checkout runs through a Stripe form on its own site.

Who Undullify is for

Solo operators, small teams and agencies whose design needs are short and frequent: this week's social set, a promo flyer, a batch of ad resizes. At $149 a month the Starter plan costs less than many single freelance jobs, as long as the work fits inside the 30-minute rule.

Agencies can use the $399 Agency plan across unlimited brands, though it still works through one task at a time. Anyone who needs editable PowerPoint or Canva files should note that the FAQ excludes both tools.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes three prices, $149, $249 and $399 a month, with the turnaround and brand allowance of each plan
  • Defines both a task and an active task in its FAQ, so the queue rule is clear before paying
  • Its terms assign the intellectual property in each finished task to the client once fees are paid in full
  • Includes commercially licensed stock images at no extra cost, by its own description

Where it falls short

  • Its terms rule out pausing: a hold or pause request is processed as an immediate cancellation
  • The money-back guarantee covers only the first design delivered and is lost once that design is accepted
  • The terms say it has no obligation to supply layered or editable files, while the homepage and plans promise source files
  • The newest dates on the site are its January 2025 terms and a 2025 copyright line, and the About link in the footer returns a 404

Undullify pricing

Starter is $149 a month with a 3 business day turnaround, one brand and a dedicated designer. Entrepreneur is $249 and cuts turnaround to 1 business day with priority revisions. Agency is $399, adds unlimited brands and a dedicated design team, and keeps the 1 business day turnaround. All three run one active task at a time, and a Custom Plan is quoted on request.

Plans renew monthly with no contract and can be changed at any time. There are no refunds for unused days. The one refund on offer applies to the first design only, and the word unlimited is subject to a fair use clause that management defines at its own discretion.

Yes, but please remember we're only able to work on 1 active task at a time (unless you're on a Custom Plan).

Upon full payment of our fees, we will assign to you all Intellectual Property Rights in the Task, except in relation to any of our Background IP.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Undullify publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

The 30-minute task rule is what the $149 price buys. For a solo founder or small shop that needs a steady run of social graphics, flyers and ad variants, it is a cheap and clearly defined arrangement. The plans, the one-task queue and the transfer of rights on payment are all written down, so there is little to guess at before signing.

Larger jobs sit badly here. A brand identity, a multi-page brochure or a website is either handled case by case or out of scope, and PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva are excluded outright. The terms also refuse pauses and limit the refund to the first design, which matters for a buyer whose workload comes in bursts.
