Designjoy was launched in 2017 and is still run entirely by its founder, Brett. The site says it hires no other designers and outsources nothing, so every request is designed by the same person. It keeps the roster small on purpose, taking a limited number of clients at a time.

There is one plan, the Monthly Club, at $4,995 a month, shown as a limited-time lifetime discount from $5,995. Requests go onto a Trello board and come back one at a time, with an average of two business days each. Most work is done in Figma, and Webflow builds are handled as ordinary requests.

The FAQ lists what it will not take on: 3D modelling, animated graphics, video, form-style document design, complex packaging, long print jobs such as books and magazines, and InDesign files.

Who Designjoy is for

Founders and small product teams that need senior UI, brand and Webflow work from one consistent designer, and that can feed a queue one brief at a time. A finished Webflow site is transferred to the client's own account, so the subscription is not needed to keep it running.

Teams whose backlog is mostly motion, video or long print documents will find those formats on the excluded list, so the plan would cover only part of their work.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Every request is handled by the founder, and the site says no work is outsourced, so there is no hand-off between designers
  • Webflow development is included in the plan, and finished sites are transferred to the client's own Webflow account
  • Pausing freezes the remaining days of a 31-day billing cycle, so a quiet month does not use up paid time
  • The terms assign copyright in all projects, and their original source files, to the client

Where it falls short

  • Only one request is worked on at a time, so a long queue moves in single file
  • There is a single plan at $4,995 a month and no cheaper tier for lighter use
  • Video, animated graphics, 3D, complex packaging and InDesign work are excluded by the FAQ
  • The homepage offers 75% back after the first week, but the terms call refunds discretionary and say a refund returns rights in the work to Designjoy

Designjoy pricing

One plan is published: the Monthly Club at $4,995 a month, shown as a limited-time lifetime discount from $5,995. It includes one active request, an average of 48 hours per delivery, unlimited brands, unlimited stock photos, Webflow development and up to two users. Billing runs on 31-day cycles, and pausing keeps the unused days for later.

The homepage promises 75% back if you are not happy after a week. The terms, last updated in 2020, describe refunds as case by case and limited to unused time, and say refunded work reverts to Designjoy. Stripe fees are never refunded.

Designjoy is a one-man agency, ran by Brett, the founder. Designjoy does not employ other designers, or outsource work to any other entity.

This records what Designjoy publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Designjoy is built for a buyer who values one senior designer's judgement over throughput. A product startup that needs a Figma interface, a brand refresh and a Webflow launch, delivered in sequence by the same person, gets exactly that for $4,995 a month, with the option to pause between projects.

Volume buyers should read the one-request rule as the defining constraint. A marketing team shipping dozens of ad sizes a week will wait in a single queue, and anything involving video, animation or 3D is out of scope entirely. The partial refund on the homepage is also narrower in the terms than it first appears.
