PitchWorx started in 2012 as a presentation design company in India and says it spent 13 years on project work for corporates and growing businesses. In 2026 it moved to a single subscription, Creative Assist, at $699 a month. It is headquartered in New Delhi, with a presence in Dubai and the USA.

The plan covers eight categories, from pitch decks and brand identity to social creatives, web design and development, short motion pieces, print, books and illustration. Two requests are active at a time, and most come back within 72 hours. The site describes the work as human-led and AI-assisted, with AI agents handling variants, resizing and colour exploration.

Its FAQ says a senior designer makes every creative decision and reviews every output. Video is described as short-form, typically up to 60 to 90 seconds a piece, with longer work planned into milestones.

Who PitchWorx is for

Founders and small marketing teams that need a steady mix of decks, social posts and brand work, and would rather send it all to one studio with long presentation experience. Two active requests suit a team with a pitch deck and a campaign running side by side.

Founders raising money get the most from the presentation background, since investor and sales decks were the company's core work for over a decade. Teams needing long-form video, 3D or live-action shoots are told by the FAQ that those are not included.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • One published price, $699 a month or $559 billed annually, with two active requests rather than one
  • Its terms state that final deliverables belong to the client and that PitchWorx claims no copyright over them
  • A 7-day free trial and month-to-month billing, with pause and cancel available from the dashboard
  • Thirteen years of presentation work sit behind the deck category, which is the studio's original trade

Where it falls short

  • The site does not say whether its designers are employees or contractors, only that a senior designer reviews each output
  • AI agents do part of the production work by the company's own account, which some brand teams will want to discuss first
  • Video is limited to short pieces of around 60 to 90 seconds, and 3D, live action and long-form work are excluded
  • The subscription is new in 2026, so the client history the site cites comes from its earlier project work

PitchWorx pricing

Creative Assist is $699 a month billed monthly, or $559 a month billed annually, which the FAQ says saves $1,680 a year. It includes unlimited requests and revisions, two active requests, unlimited team members, editable source files, and stock images and icons. There are no setup, rush or per-request fees, and tax is added where it applies.

The plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and cancelling within it costs nothing. After that, cancelling ends the subscription at the close of the billing period, with no pro-rating. Custom plans for more active requests are quoted.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what PitchWorx publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Founders who need investor decks alongside everyday brand and social work get a lot of breadth for $699 a month here. Two active requests, a free week to test the queue and terms that hand over ownership plainly make PitchWorx easy to trial without much risk.

Brand teams wary of AI in their production chain should ask how it is used before starting, since the site describes AI agents doing variants, resizing and colour work. Buyers wanting long-form video, 3D or a long track record for the subscription itself should note that the plan only launched this year.
