ManyPixels, incorporated in Singapore and operating since 2018, sells two kinds of plan. Advanced at $699 and Business at $1,199 a month buy one or two daily outputs from a shared team. Assigned designer at $1,399 and Design team at $2,599 give one or two part-time designers you pick yourself.

Assigned designers work Monday to Friday in US Eastern, Central European or Indochina time, and are available on Slack or Google Chat from 9am to 6pm. The pricing page says the Assigned designer plan is chosen by 72% of customers.

Its terms, effective from April 2026, say fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, and name unlimited revisions as the remedy for dissatisfaction with the work.

Who ManyPixels is for

Small marketing teams and agencies that want a predictable monthly cost and are happy to wait a day for drafts can start on Advanced. Teams that need the same person every day, working their hours, can move to an assigned designer plan without changing provider.

No trial or refund is offered, so a buyer testing the service is committing to at least one full billing period.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Plans state their daily output, one or two projects, instead of an open-ended promise
  • Assigned designer plans let you choose the designer by portfolio and set the working time zone
  • Pausing costs $10 a month and keeps access to past requests, messages and files
  • The FAQ says designers are full-time and no work is outsourced, and the terms assign 100% of the deliverables to the client

Where it falls short

  • All fees are non-refundable, with no trial or money-back period
  • On Advanced, one project is worked at a time, so a large job holds up smaller ones
  • Access to past requests and files is revoked after cancellation, and exporting them first is the client's job
  • The terms let the company reclaim ownership of work from any period where a payment is disputed or reversed

ManyPixels pricing

Four plans are published with monthly, quarterly and yearly prices. Advanced costs $699, $629 or $559 a month; Business $1,199, $1,079 or $959; Assigned designer $1,399, $1,259 or $1,119; Design team $2,599, $2,339 or $2,079. Every plan includes unlimited requests, revisions and brands, licensed stock and native source files.

At $699, Advanced gives one daily output, meaning one project in progress, with next-day delivery. The terms promise seven days' notice of any price change and rule out refunds on every plan and billing frequency.

Verdict

ManyPixels gives a small team two clear routes: a low-cost queue with one daily output at $699, or a part-time designer they choose, working their hours, from $1,399. That makes it simple to start small and move to a named designer once the volume justifies it.

Refund-seekers get nothing here, because the terms rule out refunds on every plan and there is no trial. Heavy users on Advanced should also expect a large project, such as a full website, to hold up everything behind it in a one-at-a-time queue.
