Kapa99 now presents itself as Kapa, a name its founders say blends their own names. It says it started in 2014 and signed its first clients in January 2015. Its terms, last updated in October 2023, give a registered address in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, alongside a US phone number.
There are three plans. Async standard costs $499 a month with delivery within two days, and Async priority costs $999 with next-day delivery. Dedicated team, launched in 2025, costs $2,500 with same-day delivery and real-time collaboration in Slack, Asana and similar tools. On monthly billing, the first two months are discounted.
Every plan lists unlimited active tasks, native Adobe files and Canva delivery. The FAQ adds that tasks are handled first come, first served, usually two to four a day.
Who Kapa99 is for
Small businesses and independent professionals who spend evenings in Canva and want polished social, print and ad graphics without a hire. The 15-day free trial, followed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, lets a buyer test the service before paying.
Teams that need web, UI or video work will not find those formats among the listed specialisms, which centre on logos, print, ads, illustration, packaging and book layouts.

Three plans are published. Async standard lists at $499 a month, Async priority at $999 and Dedicated team at $2,500, with the first two months at $349, $849 and $2,000 on monthly billing. The annual option for Async standard is listed at $5,988, which equals twelve months at the $499 list price.
The entry plan buys async delivery within two days, unlimited active tasks, brands and team members, native Adobe files and Canva delivery. There is no contract, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.

Kapa99 is aimed at a small business owner who wants social, print and ad graphics off their plate for $499 a month, and who would rather test the service for 15 days before paying anything. Requests do not wait in single file, and the resale rights in the FAQ suit consultants who pass designs on to their own clients.
Buyers who need interfaces, websites or video will find none of those among the listed specialisms. The $349 figure on the homepage covers only the first two months, and the FAQ's two to four tasks a day is a more useful guide to throughput than the unlimited label.
