ITG On Demand is a custom illustration subscription run under the ITG brand, whose main site, itg.digital, sells an online illustration builder. The subscription page's footer credits Noomo, a 3D website studio, as its maker. Subscribers get a Trello board and a brief template, and send unlimited requests that are worked one at a time.
The service covers vector and raster work in any style, from realistic and minimalist to cartoon and hand-drawn, for websites, products, books and marketing. Delivery runs from two hours to two days depending on complexity, in SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF or PDF, with Illustrator or Figma source files.
Nothing on the subscription page carries a date, and the newest dated items on the ITG builder site are from 2020.
Who ITG On Demand is for
Product, marketing and publishing teams that need a steady run of custom illustration in a consistent style, such as spot art for a website or app, or characters for a children's book, without hiring an illustrator. The page names agencies, startups and enterprise as its audience.
The $999 one-week trial is the cheapest way in and the obvious first test. A team with only occasional needs can pause for up to two weeks every three months, which the FAQ says stops billing while paused.

Monthly billing is $2,999, and quarterly billing is $2,699 a month. Both include unlimited revisions, one request at a time, Trello task management, pausing, source files and usage rights. A one-time offer of a one-week trial costs $999 and includes the same features except pausing.
Cancelling is by email to the support address. No refund policy, contract terms or add-on prices are published, and the page links to no terms of service.

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.

Occasional users will struggle to justify the monthly price, even with pausing. The page publishes no terms, names no team and carries no dates, and it is one product among several from a studio whose own site sells 3D websites, so ask who will draw the work and confirm the service is taking clients before paying.
