GraphicsZoo review

Graphic design, Branding, Social media · Sugar Land, Texas, US

GraphicsZoo sells a design and video editing team on a monthly plan, and much of its homepage is written to agency owners who need fulfilment help. Every plan covers branding, social and marketing design, UI/UX, illustration, motion graphics and video editing, with a dedicated art director, an account manager and daily contact over Slack during US business hours.

The three plans are priced by how many projects run at once: Essential at one, Premium at up to two and Elite at up to four. Billed monthly they cost $850, $1,450 and $2,750, with lower rates on quarterly or annual billing. Its terms, which give an address in Sugar Land, Texas, transfer ownership of each design to the client once it is approved.

The site carries few recent dates. The footer reads 2024, the newest blog post shown is from February 2023, and the current terms apply to customers who joined from December 2022. The pricing page and its sign-up links were live when checked.

Who GraphicsZoo is for

Agencies that resell design and short video work under their own name, and start-ups that want both from one supplier. The project cap on each plan makes sizing simple: pick how many briefs you want moving at the same time.

Small teams paying month to month can start on Essential at $850, though with a single project in progress, every other request waits its turn.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes all three plan prices for monthly, quarterly and annual billing, from $700 to $2,750 a month
  • States a cap on projects in progress for each plan, one, two or four, so a buyer can see what the fee buys
  • Its terms transfer ownership of a design to the client on approval, and the site says complete source files come with every project
  • Includes video editing and motion graphics in every plan rather than selling them as an add-on

Where it falls short

  • The newest dates on the site are a 2024 footer and blog posts from 2022 and 2023, so current capacity is a question for the sales call
  • The 15-day refund depends on checking in with the team every business day, and no refund is given after that period
  • Turnaround is stated three ways, 24 hours or less, same day, and 1 to 2 business days, with no rule for which applies
  • Cancelling needs an email at least one week before the next bill, late payments carry 1% monthly interest, and nothing mentions pausing

Verdict

Agencies that resell design and short video work get the clearest fit here, because every GraphicsZoo plan bundles both and the price scales with how many projects run at once. The published caps of one, two and four projects, and ownership that passes to the client on approval, give a buyer something concrete to hold the team to.

The weak spot is evidence of current activity: a 2024 footer and a blog that stops in 2023 sit beside a live pricing page. Buyers who want a pause option, a single turnaround promise or a refund that does not depend on daily check-ins will find none of them written down.
