Eleken, founded in 2015 and based in Kyiv, works only on SaaS products. Rather than a request queue, it assigns a dedicated UI/UX designer who joins the client's Slack, Figma and calls, backed by a UI lead, a UX lead and a Head of Design. There is no project manager in between.
Three plans are priced by capacity: a half-time designer for $4,599 a month, a full-time designer for $6,599 and two full-time designers for $11,999. Each starts with a free three-day trial in which 1 to 2 screens are designed, and the minimum contract is two months.
It says designers pass a selection process and a three-month bootcamp before client work, and that a few are always on the bench. The About page reports 100+ team members and 150+ SaaS clients.
Who Eleken is for
SaaS companies with an existing product, or one about to launch, that need ongoing UX and UI work and can talk to a designer daily. Engineering-led teams without a designer, and design teams short of capacity, are the two cases the site describes most.
The pricing page is blunt about misfits. A landing page or logo, ready-made wireframes that need polish, agencies looking for subcontractors and non-SaaS products are all listed as poor fits.

Verdict
SaaS teams with a product that works but confuses users, or with engineers designing screens by default, get a designer embedded in their own tools for $4,599 to $11,999 a month. The free trial on a real backlog task is a low-risk way to judge the fit before the two-month minimum starts.
Marketing and brand work sits outside what Eleken takes on, and the site says so directly. The two-month minimum, a month's notice to cancel and the missing word on file ownership all need settling in the contract, since the site covers none of them beyond short FAQ lines.
