Digital Polo review
Graphic design, Branding, Web design · Delaware, USA and Kolkata, India · Since 2010
Digital Polo is a graphic design shop with bases in Delaware and Kolkata that says it has operated continuously since 2010. It now sells two monthly plans and takes briefs by email or through a shared Trello, Asana or ClickUp board rather than a client portal. It claims 185 clients served and more than 7,000 designs delivered.
The Partner plan at $399 a month works through an unlimited list of tasks one at a time, each with a 48-hour delivery promise. Soulmate at $899 adds a dedicated team, parallel execution, a 24-hour promise, illustration and formal IP transfer paperwork. Both include every source file in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF and Figma, and both can be paused from the account.
Much of the site is written for resellers: marketing agencies, print shops, sticker makers, vehicle wrap installers and pin makers. White-label use is allowed on the entry plan, deliverables carry no Digital Polo branding, and NDAs are signed on request. Web work is design only, and the website page says plainly that it designs in Figma and does not build.
Who Digital Polo is for
Agencies, print shops and other resellers that pass design work to their own clients under their own name. The entry plan already carries reseller rights, unbranded files and print-ready vectors with bleed and cut paths, so a sign shop or sticker maker gets production files rather than flat exports.
Small businesses with a steady trickle of logos, flyers and social posts are the other reader. The pricing page pegs Partner at 4 to 25 tasks a month, while the white-label page says 8 to 20, so treat either figure as a guide rather than a promise.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes both prices, $399 and $899, and states that the monthly fee is its sole charge, with no rush, revision or source-file fees
- Says plainly that Partner runs one active task at a time and that Soulmate runs tasks in parallel, so the queue is known before signing
- Includes white-label rights, NDAs on request and AI, EPS, PSD, PDF and Figma source files from the entry plan
- Runs month to month with pause from the account and a 7-day money-back guarantee set out in its refund policy
Where it falls short
- Formal IP transfer paperwork is listed only on the $899 Soulmate plan, although a white-label FAQ says full IP transfer applies to completed work on both plans
- Does not say whether its designers are employed or freelance; the site only describes a dedicated designer on Partner and a dedicated team on Soulmate
- Designs websites in Figma but does not build them, so development has to be bought elsewhere
- The Partner task estimate differs between pages, 4 to 25 a month on the pricing page and 8 to 20 on the white-label page, and the terms were last updated in April 2024
Digital Polo pricing
Two plans are published. Partner is $399 a month for unlimited tasks worked one at a time, a 48-hour delivery promise, unlimited revisions, all source files, print-ready output and reseller rights. Soulmate is $899 for parallel execution, a 24-hour promise, a dedicated team with 24/7 support, illustration and formal IP transfer paperwork.
The site states there are no per-project, rush, revision or source-file fees. Both plans are month to month and can be paused from the account. Refunds are granted within 7 days of sign-up and refused after that, and a cancellation stops the next renewal while the paid month runs to its end.
How many at once, whose files, whose hands
How many requests run at once
Publishes a cap on active requests
“Partner ($399/month) gives you unlimited design tasks with a 48-hour SLA, one active task at a time (queued), unlimited revisions, and all source files.”
Who owns the files and the rights
Says the work and its rights are yours
“You retain full IP transfer on completed work and can deliver it to clients under your agency or brand name.”
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Digital Polo publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Resellers who need production files are who the $399 Partner plan is built for. Agencies, print shops and wrap installers get white-label rights, unbranded AI and EPS files with bleed and cut paths, and NDAs on request without paying for a higher tier. The one-task queue is published, so a reseller can judge in advance whether 48 hours a task keeps pace with its clients.
Teams that need several designs moving at once should read the queue rule before anything else. On Partner a second task waits until the first is finished, and parallel work starts at $899. Buyers who need a website built rather than drawn will need a developer as well, and anyone who wants to know who employs the designers will have to ask.
This is an independent review. Digital Polo is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
