beCreatives review
Motion and video, Social media · USA and Lithuania
beCreatives is a video editing company trading as B.E. CREATIVES LLC, with terms governed by Wyoming law, and it describes itself as based between the USA and Lithuania. Its About page names 27 team members, most of them video editors, across ten countries it lists, from Lithuania to Portugal. It says it has edited 50,000 videos and serves 100+ clients a month.
Requests go through its own platform, SPACE, where a dedicated editing team works through them one video at a time on business days. Scale costs $1,199 a month with a 2 to 3 business day turnaround, and Pro costs $2,299 with 1 day and unlimited brands. In House Team costs $6,000 and adds simultaneous requests and a dedicated editor.
The limits are written out: final edits up to 60 minutes, no music videos, no wedding films, no extensive animation and no voiceovers. Its terms, updated on 26 August 2026, also say footage and project files are kept for three months after approval and may then be deleted for good.
Who beCreatives is for
Creators and small businesses publishing a steady flow of social video, from Reels and TikToks to talking-head YouTube episodes, who would rather upload footage in bulk and let an editor work down the list. The Scale plan's two brands and two users fit a single business; Pro's unlimited brands and users fit an agency.
Marketing teams that need several edits moving at once have one published route: the In House Team plan at $6,000 a month, which lists simultaneous requests. Every plan below it works on one video at a time.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes monthly and quarterly prices for all three plans, from $1,199 a month or $999 billed quarterly
- Says plainly that editors work one video at a time on business days, and that simultaneous requests start on the In House Team plan
- Its terms give the client ownership of final approved deliverables once paid in full, and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions
- Names 27 team members, from the chief executive to individual video editors, on its About page
Where it falls short
- Does not say whether the named editors are employees or contractors, and its terms refer to both
- Footage and project files may be permanently deleted three months after approval, so clients must keep their own copies
- No pause option is published; the homepage only says a client can 'take a break'
- Its terms say some month-to-month services need advance notice of cancellation, without saying which plans that covers
beCreatives pricing
Month to month, Scale is $1,199, Pro is $2,299 and In House Team is $6,000. Billed quarterly they come to $2,997, $5,997 and $14,997 every three months, which the site shows as $999 and $1,999 a month for the first two. Pro adds 1 day turnaround, unlimited brands and users and Slack chat with the editor.
An $89 single video can be bought before subscribing, with the $89 credited to month one. New subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee; after that, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. A larger Enterprise plan is priced on a call.
How many at once, whose files, whose hands
How many requests run at once
Publishes a cap on active requests
“the editor will work on one project at a time, making it a consistent, nonstop process during business days.”
Who owns the files and the rights
Says the work and its rights are yours
“subject to full payment, you own the final approved deliverables specifically created for you”
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what beCreatives publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Batching is the habit that makes this service work. A creator or small business that uploads a week of footage at once gets an editor working down the list, one video at a time, with unlimited revisions, for $1,199 a month. The published prices, the named team and a 14-day refund window make a first month easy to test.
Parallel editing costs $6,000 a month here, since every cheaper plan runs one video at a time. Teams that publish several pieces a day, or that need animation, voiceovers or music videos, will hit the stated limits. Anyone archiving work should also plan around the three-month deletion rule in the terms.
This is an independent review. beCreatives is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
