24Slides review
Presentations, Graphic design, Illustration · Copenhagen, Denmark · Since 2010
24Slides is a presentation design company founded in 2010 and headquartered in Copenhagen, with design teams in Malang, Indonesia and Lima, Peru. It says it employs more than 250 people, including over 100 in-house designers, and produces more than 17,500 slides a month.
Every job is priced per slide in three treatments: fix up, redesign and redraw. Buyers can pay per order with no subscription, join Pro at $99 a month for lower slide prices and 10-hour turnarounds, or take Premium from $2,950 a month. Premium is a retainer with a dedicated team, a project manager, guaranteed daily capacity and monthly credits that roll over.
Beyond slides, an Additional Design Services line covers one-pagers, brochures, infographics, social media graphics and simple logos. The FAQ says an in-house AI tool trained on brand guidelines assists its designers.
Who 24Slides is for
Corporate teams in consulting, pharma and similar fields that produce a steady volume of decks and want them rebuilt to brand guidelines overnight. Premium is designed for a company that can forecast its monthly slide count and wants the same team, trained on its templates, every time.
The per-slide model rewards teams that know what they need. A buyer wanting a flat fee and an open queue will find that Pro is a membership rather than a design plan, since every order is still billed by the slide.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Per-slide prices are published for every tier, so the cost of a 20-slide redesign can be worked out in advance
- The About page says the design work is done by more than 100 in-house designers rather than freelancers
- Premium credits roll over month to month, and extra credits cost $1 each
- The subscription tiers guarantee a 24-hour turnaround for up to 20 fix-up slides a day
Where it falls short
- Its terms keep the intellectual property in the designs, license them for the client's own presentation and internal business use only, and end that licence when the contract ends
- The terms allow two free revisions per delivery and bill further rounds, while the homepage says all revisions are free
- Pro at $99 a month buys access and discounts, not design; every order is still paid per slide
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase and are forfeited when the contract ends
24Slides pricing
Basic is free and charges $16 a slide for a fix up, $43 for a redesign and $66 for a redraw. Pro costs $99 a month, with the first month free, and lowers those to $14, $39 and $59. Premium starts at $2,950 a month as a fixed retainer that includes credits, with slides at $13, $35 and $53.
Credit packages start at $950 for 1,000 credits and expire after 12 months. Premium adds a dedicated team, a project manager and guaranteed daily capacity, and its unused credits roll over. The Custom tier is quoted. Proofreading costs $1 a slide and editing $3.
How many at once, whose files, whose hands
How many requests run at once
Does not say how many requests run at once
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about the number of requests that can be in progress at the same time. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the files and the rights
Says it keeps rights or grants a licence
“24Slides retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to design created by 24Slides”
Who does the work
Says its own people do the work
“Our 100+ in-house graphic designers ... By not using freelancers, we offer dedicated teams that genuinely understand our customers' needs.”
This records what 24Slides publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Companies that turn out decks every week and can forecast the volume are who the Premium retainer is built for. A dedicated in-house team trained on the brand, guaranteed daily capacity and credits that roll over make it closer to an outsourced presentation department than a queue of requests.
Rights are the sticking point. The terms keep the intellectual property with 24Slides, limit the licence to the client's own presentations and internal use, and end it when the contract ends, so anything meant for resale, external campaigns or long-lived brand assets needs different terms negotiated first.
This is an independent review. 24Slides is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
