Graphweaver is closer to Directus in spirit than to a traditional CMS: it federates several existing data sources, whether databases, REST APIs or SaaS products, into a single GraphQL API and generates an admin UI over the result.
It is Apache-2.0 licensed, which makes it one of the cleanest licensing positions among the data-platform options here.

What it does well

Verdict
A good open-source answer to "one API and one admin over several systems", and the Apache-2.0 licence makes it easy to adopt.
It is on this list because it appears on headless CMS directories, but treat it as a data federation tool. For editorial content, almost anything else here is a better fit.
