Workflows.io review

Builds and runs it

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

Workflows.io, run by co-founders Dan Rosenthal and Fivos Aresti, splits its work into four priced service lines and publishes a fit rule for each. Automated outbound is for B2B companies with more than 20,000 companies in their market and an average LTV above $5,000. ABM covers the opposite case: fewer than 20,000 target accounts and LTV above $50,000.

The outbound service is done for you. It covers email infrastructure, TAM mapping, Clay setup, signal-based and micro campaigns, and copy, with campaigns live after a three-week onboarding. The RevOps line is the build half: sprint projects averaging two months per use case, HubSpot implementations, or one to two dedicated GTM engineers working 10 to 20 hours a week.

Its enterprise page states that everything it builds lives in the client's environment and belongs to the client. The customer page reports results as pipeline, such as $2M for Huzzle and $1.3M for Medrio, which are the company's own claims.

Who Workflows.io is for

Funded B2B software companies between seed and Series C that want outbound and the RevOps underneath it from one team, and can commit to a quarter at $5,000 a month or more. Service businesses with 50+ employees are named as a fit for RevOps.

The ownership statement, plus the documentation and training cadence, points to a buyer planning to keep the system. A founder who also wants LinkedIn content can buy it from the same team.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes a minimum price for every service line, from $4,000 a month for content to a $6,000 to $12,000 range for ABM
  • States in writing that every system, workflow and asset it builds lives in the client's environment and belongs to the client
  • Gives a numeric fit rule per service, based on market size and LTV, instead of a generic ideal client description
  • Lays out a three-week outbound timeline from kick-off to live campaigns, covering email infrastructure, TAL creation and Clay setup

Where it falls short

  • Subscriptions run on quarterly commitments, so the $5,000 floor means at least $15,000 before a buyer can leave
  • Four service lines, including LinkedIn content and HubSpot implementation, make the menu broader than a pure outbound shop
  • No meeting or pipeline commitment is published, and results appear only as client case studies
  • Its minimums are not fully consistent: the general FAQ gives $5,000 a month as the floor while content starts at $4,000

Workflows.io pricing

Pricing is published as minimums. Automated outbound and RevOps both start at $5,000 a month on quarterly commitments, and LinkedIn content starts at $4,000 a month. The ABM programme costs $6,000 to $12,000 a month over four or six months. RevOps sprint projects are scoped separately and last from four weeks to twelve months.

The outbound floor buys a done-for-you programme covering infrastructure, data sourcing and enrichment, play selection and copy iteration. The site does not say how much sending volume or how many segments sit at the minimum.

The unit of a result

Measures itself on pipeline

This records what Workflows.io publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

The fit rule is numeric: more than 20,000 companies in your market and an average LTV above $5,000. A funded B2B tech company that clears it, wants outbound built on proper data plumbing and wants to keep what is built is squarely in scope. The published minimums and the ownership statement make the rest easy to check before a call.

A quarterly commitment at a $5,000 monthly minimum means $15,000 before a buyer can leave, which puts it out of reach for a smaller budget or a team that cannot commit to a quarter. A buyer who wants a meeting count to hold a supplier to will also find none here, because results are reported as pipeline in case studies.
