TAM to Target review
Runs it for you · Since 2024
TAM to Target sells outbound to a narrow buyer: companies whose customers are school districts, colleges and state or local agencies. Its founder, Bobby Offterdinger, taught fifth grade from 2008 before moving into EdTech sales, and founded the company in 2024, according to the about page.
The motion is phone-led. A scoring engine built into the client's HubSpot or Salesforce grades every district, college or agency on fit, momentum, relevance and market, and the highest-priority accounts go to a dedicated SDR. Two of those scores come from Starbridge, a public-sector intelligence platform for which it says it is the exclusive agency partner.
The about page claims 55+ clients, 1,247 meetings booked and $3.19M in pipeline. The homepage prices a dedicated SDR with a full supporting team at $6,000 to $10,000 a month, set against an in-house hire it puts at $8,000 to $12,000 plus tools.
Who TAM to Target is for
EdTech and public-sector software companies selling into K-12, higher education or state and local government. The FAQ describes the fit as deals of $10,000 or more and sales cycles of three to six months or longer.
Calls lead and email supports them, with account prioritisation kept in the client's own CRM, so a team that wants phone outreach at the front is the core fit.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes a monthly price range for a dedicated SDR and names every role and tool the fee covers.
- Defines a qualified meeting as one checked against the client's ICP, booked with decision-makers rather than gatekeepers.
- Its terms state that contact records and meeting notes delivered to the client's CRM belong to the client once paid for.
- Specialises in finite public-sector markets, where the about page notes there are only about 13,000 US school districts to reach.
Where it falls short
- The terms keep methodologies, playbooks, sequences and scripts with TAM to Target, so the campaign assets stay with it when an engagement ends.
- All sales are final and no refunds are issued, under the terms.
- The pricing page lists Starter, Growth and Scale plans without prices, so the figures appear only in the homepage comparison table.
- Much of the targeting depends on Starbridge data, and the company describes itself as that platform's exclusive agency, so the two are closely tied.
TAM to Target pricing
Published prices appear only in the homepage comparison table: $6,000 to $10,000 a month for one SDR, including Starbridge, a sequencer and a dialer. More SDRs are added at 50% of the first SDR's cost. The pricing page describes three plans by SDR focus but prints no figures.
The pricing page also says tools worth up to $10,000 a year are included in the retainer. No minimum term is published, and the terms rule out refunds.

Verdict
School districts, colleges and local government are the whole market here, so the fit is a company selling software or services into them with deals over $10,000. It suits a buyer who wants a phone-led SDR who already knows how those buyers budget and decide. The published price range and the stated meeting standard make the first conversation easier to judge.
Commercial B2B sellers fall outside the public-sector focus. Anyone who wants the sequences and scripts handed over at the end should also look elsewhere, since the terms keep those with the provider. Buyers wanting refund rights or a published minimum term will not find either here.
This is an independent review. TAM to Target is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
