StackOptimise review

Builds and runs it · London, United Kingdom

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

StackOptimise is run by Felix and Penn Frank, brothers who describe careers moving from SDR to head of sales at companies including Deliveroo, Confluent and Monzo. From London it sells done-for-you outbound in three plans set by volume: Advanced at 30,000 emails a month, Elite at 100,000 with three LinkedIn profiles, and Enterprise at 500,000 with six.

The entry offer is a free trial in which it contacts 6,000 ICP leads at no cost. After that the FAQ asks for a 90-day commitment, then month-to-month. Campaigns are built on signal playbooks, including website visitors, new job posts, funding, job changes and LinkedIn engagement, and results are reported as interested leads rather than meetings.

A separate GTM engineering offer targets enterprises: implement over a month, run the system for five more, then train one of the client's staff to operate it.

Who StackOptimise is for

B2B companies selling a high-ticket service or product into a market of at least 5,000 people, which is the fit test the FAQ sets. Its case studies lean towards agencies, training and recruitment, software and consulting.

The GTM engineering build is for larger firms only: eight-figure revenue, a TAM of 100,000 or more buyers and an SDR team ready to spend more time on the phone.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Offers a free trial that contacts 6,000 ICP leads before any fee, which lets a buyer test the fit.
  • Publishes its commitment terms plainly: 90 days, then month-to-month.
  • Plans are defined by monthly sending volume and LinkedIn profiles, so the scope of each tier is clear even without prices.
  • Its GTM engineering build ends with a named handover step, training one of the client's team to run the system.

Where it falls short

  • No plan prices are published; each tier sits behind a 'Get the price' button.
  • A plan card says results are guaranteed, while the FAQ says it cannot guarantee specific numbers.
  • The done-for-you plans run on StackOptimise's own tool stack, and the site does not say what the client keeps when those plans end.
  • Courses, templates and a split-testing tool are sold alongside the service, so the company also sells to people doing outbound themselves.

StackOptimise pricing

No prices are published for the Advanced, Elite or Enterprise plans. Each is described by what it includes. Sending runs at 30,000, 100,000 or 500,000 emails a month, and the upper tiers add 1,200 or 2,400 LinkedIn connects across three or six profiles. All include Clay enrichment, signal-based personalisation, unlimited campaigns and access to what it calls a $150k tech stack.

The free trial comes first. After it, the FAQ asks for a 90-day commitment and then runs month-to-month.

Verdict

The first 6,000 contacts cost nothing and the terms after that are short. That makes a trial low-risk for a B2B company with a high-ticket offer and a market big enough to support volume. The signal playbooks and case studies are specific enough to judge the approach.

Plan prices sit behind a 'Get the price' button, a plan card's results guarantee is contradicted by the FAQ, and the managed plans say nothing about what the client keeps. Buyers who need those settled first should go elsewhere, and enterprise buyers who want the system in-house should look at the separate engineering offer rather than the plans.
