Prospect Up review

Builds and runs it

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

Prospect Up is a founder-led shop run by Cole Harris, and it sells the plumbing under cold email rather than the leads it produces. The core job is buying domains, creating each inbox by hand in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and connecting the accounts to Instantly or Smartlead.

The rest of the menu stays close to deliverability: blacklist removal, inbox placement testing, a monthly deliverability management service and domain audits it says take two to three business days. Two lines sit outside outbound. One migrates newsletter senders to SendX, where it is an official partner, and the other builds HubSpot pipelines and dashboards.

Its fulfilment policy is more specific than most service pages: refunds within 14 days only for undelivered work, and cancellation with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Who Prospect Up is for

Teams that already run cold email, or plan to, and need the sending side built or repaired: burned domains, spam placement, a blacklisting, or a sequencer that was never set up properly.

In-house teams that write and run their own campaigns, or have another source of lists and copy, get the most from it. A company that wants somebody to book meetings end to end should read the service pages closely first, because the site is mostly about inbox health.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Says it buys and configures every inbox manually in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 rather than bulk-generating accounts, and explains why
  • Publishes turnaround times: five to seven business days for an infrastructure setup and two to three for a deliverability audit
  • Publishes a fulfilment policy with a 14-day refund window for undelivered work and a 30-day cancellation notice
  • Covers recovery work that many outbound shops leave out, including blacklist removal and inbox placement testing across providers

Where it falls short

  • No price of any kind is published, and every service is quoted after a consultation
  • Newsletter management on SendX and HubSpot setup sit in the main navigation beside the cold email work, so outbound is not the whole menu
  • Its homepage testimonials repeat: six are attributed to one company, Round Squared, and one quote appears word for word under two different names
  • The homepage cites both 128+ and 60+ clients, and its '60-70% open rates' claim is stated as 'up to' with no sample or period attached

Prospect Up pricing

Nothing is priced on the site. The FAQ says pricing is customised to the scope, whether that is an infrastructure setup, a bulk sender setup or ongoing deliverability work, and asks buyers to request a quote.

The fulfilment policy fills in some of the terms. Prices are in US dollars and work starts within two business days of payment. Refunds are limited to undelivered services claimed within 14 days, and ongoing services need 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

The unit of a result

Does not say what it counts as a result

Guarantee, as published: Its comparison table lists a 'Deliverability Guarantee' and a service page promises 'guaranteed inbox placement improvements'; no terms are published

This records what Prospect Up publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Burned domains, spam placement and a new outbound programme that needs inboxes built properly from the start are the problems Prospect Up is built around, so a team stuck on the sending layer has a reason to call. The manual inbox setup, published turnaround times and written refund terms are all concrete.

Booked meetings barely feature on Prospect Up's site: it says little about targeting, lists or reply handling, reports results as inbox placement and open rates, and sells newsletter and CRM work alongside. A buyer who wants accounts found and calls booked needs a different kind of supplier.
