Leadmoves review

Runs it for you · Gothenburg, Sweden

Leadmoves is Noah Gill's outbound practice, registered as Leadmoves AB in Gothenburg, and it describes itself as GTM engineering. Intent, firmographic and hiring signals feed Clay enrichment, and AI-written one-to-one copy goes out through a dedicated pool of more than 60 mailboxes. An AI inbox handles replies, objections and scheduling around the clock.

The commercial model is closer to pay-per-meeting than the engineering language suggests. The FAQ quotes €500 to €1,000 a month for tech setup, then a charge per qualified meeting, defined as an ICP-fit decision-maker with genuine interest who actually attends. There is no long-term contract, and cancellation needs 30 days' notice.

Case studies are mostly Swedish and European. They include 91 meetings in 120 days for an SEO agency and more than 1,000 booked demos in under four months for Barter. It also reports 66 meetings in 30 days for itself. The site displays a Smartlead Hall of Fame badge and says it co-hosted Smartlead's official masterclass.

Who Leadmoves is for

B2B companies that have been burned by an agency booking bad-fit meetings and want to pay for attendance rather than activity. The case studies are mostly SaaS companies and agencies in Sweden and wider Europe.

The FAQ suggests five to ten meetings a month at first and says the client controls the pace, which helps a team that wants to start small.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Only meetings that show up are billed, and a booking that turns out unqualified is not charged.
  • Defines a qualified meeting in writing: ICP fit, genuine interest and attendance.
  • No long-term contract, with 30 days' notice to cancel and the option to pause.
  • Case studies name the client and a person, with stated volumes such as 91 meetings in 120 days.

Where it falls short

  • The per-meeting fee is not published, so the total cost cannot be estimated before a call.
  • The FAQ says 'No meetings = €0 payment' while also quoting €500 to €1,000 a month for tech setup.
  • The site says it sets up and manages separate domains and mailboxes, but not who keeps them when the engagement ends.
  • The homepage says 'We don't sell meetings', while the FAQ prices the service per meeting that shows up.

Leadmoves pricing

The FAQ sets out the structure: €500 to €1,000 a month for tech setup, then payment per qualified meeting, with no long-term contract and 30 days' notice to cancel. The per-meeting rate itself is not published.

Because only attended, qualified meetings are billed, the monthly fee is the fixed part of the cost and meeting volume drives the rest. The FAQ suggests starting at five to ten meetings a month and scaling up.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

The unit of a result

Sells meetings

Publishes what counts as qualified.

We only book meetings with decision-makers who fit your ICP and have expressed genuine interest.

Guarantee, as published: Only meetings that show up are billed, and a booking that turns out unqualified is not charged

This records what Leadmoves publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Attended, qualified meetings are what Leadmoves bills for, with a written definition of what counts and no long lock-in, which makes it a match for a European B2B company that wants outbound priced that way. The monthly tech fee is low enough that a first quarter is a contained test.

The per-meeting rate is unpublished and the site is silent on who keeps the 60-plus mailboxes and their domains. That counts against a buyer who needs the full cost in writing before a call, or wants the sending infrastructure handed over at the end.
