Cold Labs review
Runs it for you · Kyustendil, Bulgaria
Cold Labs is a Bulgarian company, Cold Labs EOOD, that sends cold email for one kind of client: marketing agencies. Its careers page spells out that this means Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, web design and video production shops, and not other cold email agencies.
The method starts with the offer, which it says takes 70% of its attention. It then builds a database of the client's whole market from scraped directories, qualified by an AI model trained on the business. Between reply and call it adds AI-drafted responses reviewed by a human, thank-you page videos and pre-call sequences.
The price is not on the homepage, but it is in the terms. The core package is $3,000 a month, plus about $900 a month of infrastructure the client pays for. There is a three-month minimum and a first-month refund on the service fee.
Who Cold Labs is for
Marketing agencies that are good at client work and poor at winning clients, and that want cold email to become their main acquisition channel. The whole system, from offer design to reply handling, is built around that one buyer.
The terms say Cold Labs does not close deals and the client manages its own CRM, so the agency needs to take and close its own sales calls.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes its fee, its infrastructure cost, its minimum term and its refund terms in writing on the terms page
- Serves one niche, agencies that sell other marketing services, and says so rather than listing every industry
- Its terms describe the infrastructure as the client's own and say the client keeps its data and campaign deliverables on termination
- Designs the path from reply to call, with human-reviewed AI replies and pre-call sequences, not only the first email
Where it falls short
- The price sits in the legal terms rather than on the homepage, so a buyer has to look for it
- The $3,000 fee excludes about $900 a month of infrastructure, so the monthly outlay is closer to $3,900
- Sells cold email alone; LinkedIn and calling are not offered
- The terms keep the underlying frameworks, templates and software as Cold Labs property, licensed only for the term
Cold Labs pricing
The terms page, dated 8 June 2026, sets the core package at $3,000 a month, billed in advance. The client also covers its own dedicated infrastructure, meaning domains, inboxes and related software, which the terms put at about $900 a month. There is a three-month minimum, after which the agreement runs month to month with ten days' notice before the billing period ends.
The first month's service fee can be refunded if requested within 30 days. The refund does not cover infrastructure already bought.

“You are also responsible for covering the cost of your own dedicated infrastructure (domains, inboxes, and related software), which typically amounts to approximately $900 USD per month.”

Verdict
Marketing agencies that want outbound built around their offer, and are happy to commit for a quarter at $3,000 a month, are the buyer Cold Labs is built for. The written terms on fees, infrastructure, refunds and ownership are more specific than most of this market publishes.
Non-agency buyers are out of scope, since the careers page says it serves marketing agencies only, and so is anyone who needs LinkedIn or calling alongside email. A buyer on a tight budget should count the infrastructure cost as well as the fee.
This is an independent review. Cold Labs is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
