LeadHype review

Builds and runs it · New York, United States

LeadHype works at the plumbing end of outbound. Its main product is setting up cold email accounts. It buys the domains and inboxes, configures the DNS records, turns on warm-up and adds the accounts to your sending tool. Then it hands over the logins and transfers the domains to you.

For teams that already have a list and copy, it also sells White Glove Sending, a managed service where an account manager keeps campaigns running. The site says it manages over 5,000 domains and inboxes for clients and has configured more than 15,000 accounts in two years. The privacy policy names the operator as Everything Assistants, LLC, trading as Leadhype, in New York.

Who LeadHype is for

Teams that run their own campaigns in Instantly or a similar sender and want the technical setup done quickly by someone else. The setup service ends once the accounts work, so it suits a buyer who already has lists, copy and someone to watch replies.

White Glove Sending is for a buyer who wants sending kept running without learning the tools, and the setup page FAQ says list building can be added to it.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes a per-account setup price, which makes a small order easy to budget
  • Transfers domain ownership and hands over inbox logins as items on its setup checklist
  • States a turnaround of usually no more than 72 hours for a setup order
  • Offers a managed sending option, with a dedicated support manager, for teams that do not want to run the tools themselves

Where it falls short

  • The setup service does not write copy, build lists or book meetings, and the FAQ says its responsibility ends once accounts are configured
  • Domain transfers go only to GoDaddy accounts
  • Published prices disagree: $30 per account on the homepage, and $33 then $6 a month on the setup page
  • The setup page says it does not configure Google Workspace inboxes, while the homepage FAQ says it configures both Zoho and Google Workspace

LeadHype pricing

The setup page prices each email account at $33 for the first month, domain included, then $6 a month. The homepage lists the same service at $30 per account setup, and the checkout calculates a monthly total from the account count, so confirm which rate applies. At the setup page rate, a 20-account order would be $660 in the first month.

White Glove Sending is custom-priced, and no figure is published for it.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Says you keep what it sets up or sources

If you do not have a GoDaddy account, and you want us to transfer the domains into your possession, you will need to create a GoDaddy account.

The unit of a result

Sells the build itself

This records what LeadHype publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Priced per account, with the domains transferred into the buyer's own name, LeadHype's setup service fits a team that already runs its own cold email and wants inboxes and domains in place fast. The domain transfer and login handover are written into the checklist.

A buyer who wants prospects found, copy written or meetings booked needs more than this: the setup service ends at working inboxes, and the managed option is priced only on a call. This is infrastructure rather than an outbound programme.
