Ever Outbound review
Builds and runs it
Ever Outbound prices itself against the retainer. Its standard plan is a $497 monthly infrastructure fee covering sending infrastructure, leads and tools, plus a commission on deals it helps close. The homepage calls that commission 5% of closed deal value; its linked terms say the first two closed deals are commission-free and each later one costs the greater of 5% or $500.
The service targets B2B service providers, from marketing agencies to accounting firms, and pairs human researchers and copywriters with an AI appointment setter, sold as a $97 monthly add-on. Email campaigns launch 14 days after onboarding to allow warmup, and LinkedIn campaigns within 72 hours.
Its terms are worth reading before signing. They keep all frameworks, systems and automation structures as Ever Outbound's intellectual property, give the client a limited licence, and end access to the service on termination.
Who Ever Outbound is for
Small B2B service businesses, including agencies, consultants, recruiters and SaaS firms, that cannot justify a four-figure retainer and are happy to share revenue on deals that close. Its volume selector runs from a local campaign to an estimated 20 to 50 booked calls a month.
The FAQ describes daily SOPs of about five minutes, so the owner should expect to spend a few minutes a day on the system. The team will also handle that on request.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes every price step, from $97 a month for a local campaign to $2,270 for the highest volume tier
- Its written terms spell out the commission: first two closed deals free, then the greater of 5% or $500, payable only when you collect
- Commission is limited to the initial deal and excludes renewals, upsells and expansions, per its terms
- Billing is month to month with no stated minimum term
Where it falls short
- The homepage says 5% of closed deal value, while the terms set a $500 floor per deal after the first two, which matters on small deals
- Its terms keep the systems and automations as Ever Outbound's intellectual property and end access on termination
- The homepage offers white-label resale of its system, while the standard terms bar clients from reselling its materials
- Scale claims differ on one page: 2,000+ businesses served near the top and 'dozens of B2B service providers' in the closing call to action
Ever Outbound pricing
Pricing is published on a volume slider. A local campaign is $97 a month plus a $75 setup fee. The standard plan is $497 for an estimated 2 to 5 booked calls, then $891, $1,285 and $2,270 for higher volumes. The FAQ adds a $97 AI appointment setter and a $75 setup fee on the $497 plan that the slider does not show.
On top sits the success fee. The terms are linked from the site as a PDF. They say the first two closed deals carry no commission, and each later one costs the greater of 5% of net revenue collected or $500.

Verdict
Its standard plan is $497 a month plus commission on closed deals, a structure aimed at a small B2B service business that wants outbound running for a few hundred dollars a month and will give up a share of new deals. The published slider and the written commission terms make the cost easy to model before the first call.
The $500 floor on each commission after the first two closes bites hardest on small deals, and the terms keep the systems as Ever Outbound's intellectual property, ending access on cancellation. Sellers with small typical deals, and buyers who want to own what is built, are poorly served by that structure.
