WeGrow review

Branding, Web design, Product and UX · Romania and Berlin, Germany

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

WeGrow presents itself as a fractional in-house design team for B2B AI companies, covering brand strategy, identity, websites built in Framer, product UI, decks, motion and 3D. The homepage names eight people, from the founder and creative director to a brand strategist, a motion and 3D designer and a software engineer.

The retainer starts at $4,900 a month for one dedicated workstream, worked one priority at a time with updates every few days in Slack and Trello. Parallel work means adding workstreams, which are priced on a call. A fixed-price project track starts at $9,000 and includes a full handover of source files.

The terms name a limited liability company organised under Romanian law. The FAQ markup in the homepage code still quotes $4,695 a month, which does not match the $4,900 shown on the pricing card.

Who WeGrow is for

AI and B2B software founders who need brand, website and launch material from one senior team that keeps context between projects. Every engagement opens with a strategy call, and several of the case studies tie a rebrand to a funding round.

A team with one clear priority at a time gets the most from the base retainer. Anyone needing brand, product and web moving at once has to buy extra workstreams, and those prices are not published.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Covers brand strategy, identity, Framer websites, product UI, motion and 3D from one named team, so a rebrand and its launch site can stay with the same people
  • The terms assign copyright in all designs and original source files to the client, and irrevocably assign any interest the company might otherwise hold
  • The FAQ treats the first week as a trial with an 80% refund, alongside pause or cancel at any time
  • A fixed-price project route from $9,000, with a 4 to 8 week timeline and 30 days of post-launch support, suits work with a defined end

Where it falls short

  • The base retainer runs one priority at a time, and the price of extra workstreams is only given on a call
  • The FAQ promises an 80% refund in the first week, while the terms call refunds discretionary, apply a 50% fee and keep work from a refunded first month with the company
  • FAQ markup on the homepage quotes $4,695 a month and projects from $12,000, against $4,900 and $9,000 on the visible pricing cards
  • The terms were last updated in November 2023 and reserve the right to show client work publicly unless an NDA is signed

WeGrow pricing

The retainer is listed from $4,900 a month for one dedicated workstream with a full senior team on the account, updates every few days, and pause or cancel at any time. More capacity is scoped on the strategy call, which is what the 'from' in the price refers to. Projects start at $9,000, with price and scope fixed before work begins and delivery in 4 to 8 weeks.

The FAQ offers the first week as a trial with an 80% refund. The terms, dated November 2023, describe refunds as discretionary with a 50% fee, so the refund rule is worth confirming in writing.

Verdict

B2B AI companies heading into a raise or a rebrand get a senior team that handles strategy, identity, a Framer site and launch motion under one retainer. The terms assign copyright and source files to the client. The $4,900 base suits one priority at a time, and the fixed-price project track covers work with a clear end.

Parallel design streams cannot be priced from the site, since extra workstreams are quoted on a call. The FAQ's 80% refund and the stricter refund clause in the terms do not agree, which is worth settling before the first payment. So is the $4,695 figure still sitting in the page's FAQ markup.
