Tapflare review
Graphic design, Illustration, Product and UX · San Jose, California, US
Tapflare is owned by IntuitionLabs and lists an address in San Jose, California, while its terms say the creative team is based in the Philippines. Each client gets a dedicated project manager who assigns requests to a senior designer or developer in that specialism and reviews the work before it is sent. It says all its designers, developers and project managers are employed full time.
Each plan is a daily allowance of design time. Lite, at $649 a month, gives two hours a day of design. Pro, at $899, gives two hours a day of design and web development, and Premium, at $1,499, four hours a day plus AI tools trained on your brand. Lite and Pro work on one active project; Premium lists multiple.
Development covers mockup to HTML, WordPress page builders, Shopify theme files and custom code. Its scope page lists what it does not do: content writing, 3D modelling, hosting and complex animation.
Who Tapflare is for
Start-ups, ecommerce shops and agencies that need a mix of graphics and website changes, and are happy for a project manager to route the work. The daily hour allotment suits a steady trickle of small tasks more than a large build.
Sites that need development should budget for Pro at $899, since Lite covers design only, and teams wanting several projects moving at once need Premium.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes all three plan prices and defines each by hours of work per business day
- States that its designers, developers and project managers are full-time employees
- Its terms transfer ownership of each month's graphics and design files once that month is paid, with editable files delivered
- Includes website development, from page builders to custom code, in the Pro plan at $899
Where it falls short
- Lite and Pro work on one project at a time, so a large request holds up everything queued behind it
- Nothing on the site mentions pausing a subscription
- The 15-day refund covers a first subscription only; later or additional plans are not refundable
- Its terms say the team works Monday to Friday, closes on Philippine public holidays and does not guarantee delivery times

Verdict
Start-ups and small agencies that want design and light website work from one supplier for under $1,000 a month are the natural buyers for Tapflare. The full-time staff statement, the ownership clause and the published hour allotments are all specific enough to hold it to.
Two hours a day on one project at a time is thin for anyone launching a campaign or rebuilding a site in a hurry, and only Premium lifts the one-project limit. Buyers who expect to pause in quiet months should ask first, since the site never mentions it.
