Duck.Design was founded in 2019 and trades through Hide Corporation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. It sells three monthly plans: graphic design, a combined brand, UX/UI and motion plan, and a no-code development plan that builds sites in Webflow, WordPress, Wix and Framer. Each includes a project manager and art director review.

Requests run through Trello. Designers work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+2, and the FAQ promises a first update within 24 hours in most cases. The terms add a clause the pricing page does not show: design time allocated to any monthly package does not exceed four hours a day.

The About page claims more than 100 designers and 700+ clients, while the time-and-material page claims over 3,000 customers. The nav also lists AI design and AI development, and the latter is included in the $1,999 plan.

Who Duck.Design is for

Agencies, marketing teams and ecommerce sellers that need a wide spread of work, from Amazon listing graphics to landing pages and pitch decks, without hiring separate specialists. The $1,999 plan fits a team that wants a designed site built out in Webflow or Framer inside the same subscription.

The four-hour daily allocation in the terms is the planning figure. A team expecting a designer on its work all day should size its request volume to half a working day.

Strengths and limits

  • Its terms cap design time at four hours a day for any monthly package, which the pricing page does not mention
  • Pausing is limited to seven days, and only in the third month of each subscription cycle
  • The seven-day refund can be refused once a task is accepted or revised, and does not apply if a discount was given
  • Finished files sit in Trello for one month, after which the terms allow Duck.Design to delete them

Duck.Design pricing

Graphic Design is $1,199 a month, the combined Graphic & Brand Design + UX/UI + Motion plan is $1,899, and No-code development is $1,999. Prices also switch to euros and pounds. Three-month billing takes 10% off and six-month billing 20%, and every plan includes unlimited requests and revisions, source files and Trello access.

The terms qualify the offer: design time is capped at four hours a day per package, 3D and HTML development cost extra, and the seven-day refund excludes discounted plans. Cancelling needs notice at least three calendar days before renewal.

Verdict

Small and mid-sized teams wanting graphics, UX and a no-code site from one supplier on a monthly bill are the buyers Duck.Design's plans are built around. The $1,999 tier covers design through to a live Webflow or Framer build, and the FAQ's wording on ownership and source files is clear.

The terms are stricter than the sales pages. A four-hour daily cap on design time, a seven-day pause available only in month three, and a refund that lapses once a task is accepted all shape what unlimited means here. Buyers who need full-day capacity or flexible pausing should read clause 5 before paying.
