Wyngman review
Runs it for you · Tallinn, Estonia
Wyngman, which until recently traded as GTM Kontor, runs outbound for B2B companies. It is operated by Rock42 OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and the site runs in English, German and Spanish. Its pitch is that the next customer is either someone who has never heard of you or someone forgotten in your CRM, and it goes after both.
The sales process starts before the first call. It builds a first working version of the strategy from the booking-form answers and shows it on the call. It then spends two weeks warming sending infrastructure and a third building the AI automation that runs the campaign. Nothing is sent without the client approving the actual copy.
Its case tiles report outcomes in revenue rather than activity, including a claimed €2.5M closed in seven months for office fit-out firm Roomhero and $200K in attributed MRR for Jumper Media.
Who Wyngman is for
B2B companies with someone who can close, and either a market of 10,000 or more contactable leads, a customer lifetime value of $10,000 or more, or both. The case tiles span office redesign, hotels, media and property development.
Email, LinkedIn or handwritten letters are run end to end for the client, with founder access over Slack and an optimisation meeting every two weeks.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes a monthly price range, $5,000 to $15,000, and says where most clients land.
- Hands the client the fully sourced contact lists as well as syncing interested leads into its CRM.
- Every piece of copy needs the client's approval before it is sent, which the FAQ states twice.
- Offers handwritten letters as a channel alongside email and LinkedIn.
Where it falls short
- The engagement starts with a two-month pilot, so the entry commitment is two months at the monthly rate rather than one.
- No guarantee on meetings or results is offered.
- The domains and inboxes it spends two weeks warming have no stated owner once the engagement ends.
- No team size or founding year is published beyond references to access to the founders.
Wyngman pricing
Wyngman prints a price range, which most of this market does not. It depends on volume and channels, from $5,000 to $15,000 a month, with most companies between $5,000 and $8,000; the German page quotes the same range in euros. There are no long-term contracts.
Every engagement starts with a two-month pilot and then runs month to month. The floor on volume is 10,000 emails a month, rising past 100,000 where the market supports it. Neither the English nor the German page mentions a setup fee.

Verdict
A strategy draft built from the booking form and shown on the first call lets a B2B company judge the thinking before paying anything. It fits a team with a closer in place and a market of at least 10,000 reachable buyers or a lifetime value above $10,000. The budget to plan for is the $5,000 to $8,000 range where most of its clients sit.
The two-month pilot is the shortest way in and no meeting guarantee is offered, which rules Wyngman out for a buyer who needs a shorter trial or a guarantee. Buyers who want to keep the sending domains should ask directly, because the site promises the contact lists but says nothing about the infrastructure.
This is an independent review. Wyngman is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
