Virtus Medium review
Runs it for you · Sintra, Portugal
Virtus Medium sells volume. Its two packages are 90-day pilots that contact 150,000 or 300,000 decision-makers over the three months, sending from 1,500 or 3,000 dedicated inboxes it builds for each client. Human SDRs read every reply, qualify the lead and book the meeting onto the client's calendar.
The price is on the site, which is uncommon in this market: $7,000 a month for the Growth Pilot and $10,000 for the Scale Pilot, billed monthly in advance. The services page also gives the 90-day totals, $21,000 and $30,000, so a buyer knows the full first commitment before any call.
The legal pages are just as explicit on the points buyers tend to ask about late. Fees become non-refundable once work begins, the pilot runs 90 days before going month to month on 30 days' notice, and the company keeps the infrastructure. Virtus Medium is a trading name of a Portuguese company registered in Sintra.
Who Virtus Medium is for
B2B companies with a large addressable market and a contract value high enough that one or two closed clients pay for a quarter of outbound. The site's own fit line is companies where one closed client materially offsets the investment.
At 50,000 or 100,000 contacts a month, the buyer gets reach rather than hand-researched precision, and has to accept that the domains and inboxes stay with the provider when the engagement ends.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes both packages with monthly and 90-day totals, so the full first commitment is known before a call.
- States the inbox count per package, 1,500 or 3,000, and the monthly contact volume, 50,000 or 100,000.
- Human SDRs handle every reply and qualify before booking, rather than forwarding raw positive replies.
- Publishes refund, cancellation, delivery and legal entity pages, including a Portuguese company tax number.
Where it falls short
- The terms state that the company retains ownership of the infrastructure, so the domains and inboxes do not leave with the client.
- Fees are non-refundable once any work has begun, and the terms disclaim any guaranteed number of meetings, replies or revenue.
- The SDRs qualify every lead before booking, but the criteria they qualify against are not published.
- The entry package commits a buyer to $21,000 over three months, which rules out a small first test.
Virtus Medium pricing
Two packages, both 90-day pilots. The Growth Pilot costs $7,000 a month, $21,000 in total, for 150,000 decision-makers contacted and 1,500 inboxes. It includes the ICP workshop, lead sourcing, copy, A/B testing, SDR reply handling and weekly written reports. The Scale Pilot costs $10,000 a month ($30,000 in total) for 300,000 contacts and 3,000 inboxes, and adds bi-weekly strategy calls.
Fees are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, exclude VAT, and become non-refundable once infrastructure is provisioned, the ICP workshop is scheduled or lead sourcing starts. After the pilot the engagement runs month to month and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.

Verdict
The 150,000 contacts in the entry pilot are sized for a B2B company with a big market and a high contract value. The question it answers is how many decision-makers can be reached in a quarter, not how carefully each one is researched. Pricing, volumes, notice period and refund terms are all published, so the commercial talk starts from known numbers.
The terms reserve the infrastructure, including the 1,500 or 3,000 inboxes, to the provider, which rules it out for a buyer who wants to keep the sending domains afterwards. The same goes for a narrow market of a few thousand accounts, where 50,000 contacts a month outruns the list. A first-test budget below $21,000 will not cover the entry pilot.
