UltB review

Runs it for you · Nuremberg, Germany

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

UltB is run from Nuremberg by its founder and managing director, Igor Shapiro. It builds what it calls a B2B Sales Engine: market research, hand-curated lists from 30+ data sources, deliverability setup and personalised copy. An SDR handles replies and passes warm leads over by copying in the client's inbox. Most clients are SaaS, IT and consulting firms in Europe.

The pricing page is detailed. Three programmes run from EUR 3,490 to EUR 9,990 a month. Each carries a EUR 1,984 setup fee and a stated range of expected relevant leads, from 10 to 25 up to 10 to 100. Appointment booking by an SDR is included only in the top tier.

It also sells UltB Academy, one-to-one sales coaching priced separately, and describes itself as an Instantly global agency partner and a Close CRM partner.

Who UltB is for

European SaaS, IT and consulting companies that want an outsourced cold email pipeline and can plan around a six-month commitment. The tiered lead ranges help a buyer weigh the spend against expected volume.

Founders who want to learn to run outbound themselves are served by the Academy tiers instead, from EUR 1,490 a month.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes three programme prices, the setup fee and an expected range of relevant leads per month for each
  • Lists the seven roles that work on each account, from customer success manager to data scientist
  • Publishes what it will not do, including website redesign, lead magnets and legal or financial advice
  • Offers a 14-day money-back guarantee and, if the agreed appointment goal is missed, 30 extra days of service free

Where it falls short

  • The pricing page states a six-month commitment while the FAQ on the same page says contracts run three to twelve months, with twelve recommended
  • Appointment booking is only included in the EUR 9,990 tier; the lower tiers deliver interested leads
  • The domains and mailboxes behind the EUR 1,984 infrastructure setup fee have no stated owner once the contract ends
  • Pilot projects are mentioned, but their price and length are not published

UltB pricing

The Accelerator programme costs EUR 3,490 a month, Scale EUR 4,990 and Ultra Scale EUR 9,990, each plus a EUR 1,984 one-time setup fee and a six-month commitment. Expected relevant leads rise from 10 to 25, to 10 to 60, to 10 to 100 a month, and only Ultra Scale adds an SDR booking appointments.

The Academy coaching tiers are separate, at EUR 1,490, EUR 1,990 and EUR 4,990 a month. Occasional low-commitment pilots are available on request, with no published price.

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

Verdict

European SaaS, IT and consulting firms that want prices and expected lead volumes before talking to anyone get both on UltB's pricing page, from EUR 3,490 a month with 10 to 25 relevant leads. The named roles and the list of exclusions also make the offer easy to assess from the website.

Appointment setting by an SDR sits only in the EUR 9,990 tier, so the entry price does not buy the booked meetings some buyers want. Six months is the stated floor, which rules out a short commitment, and the same page also mentions three to twelve months, which is worth settling in writing.
