SendtoWin review

Runs it for you · Palm Beach County, Florida, United States

SendtoWin runs outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B companies and reports its results in pipeline: $2.6B generated and $380M in client revenue, by its own count. It was founded by Sam Shandler and Martin Aguinis, cites a #254 ranking on the Inc. 5000, and its about page names more than twenty staff and advisers.

Two details describe how it runs. Campaigns launch in cohorts about a month after kickoff, because domains are warmed first. And it has a named event play, filling in-person dinners and conferences with the right attendees, which several testimonials describe.

Two other businesses sit beside the service. SendTech is a self-serve platform for buying domains, warming inboxes and sequencing. SendtoWin Ventures is a seed fund that says it sees which startups are breaking out because SendtoWin already runs their outbound.

Who SendtoWin is for

Venture-backed and growth-stage B2B companies that want email and LinkedIn outbound run for them, particularly around events. They need to be able to wait about a month for warmed domains before the first campaign goes live.

It names SaaS, AI, financial services, logistics, CPG, marketing agencies and real estate among its industries, and works with both fast-growing startups and established brands.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Says plainly that campaigns go live about a month after kickoff, because domains are warmed first
  • Runs a distinct event play, filling in-person dinners and conferences with the right attendees, described in named testimonials
  • Publishes a named team with roles, including campaign, infrastructure and customer success staff
  • Says it measures success on qualified meetings, pipeline and revenue rather than on sends or opens

Where it falls short

  • No price is published, and a /pricing page on the site shows template placeholder plans, including a 'Webflow.io domain' tier, rather than its own prices
  • Its sister fund says it uses its view of client outbound to spot companies before they raise, and the service site does not say how client data is kept apart
  • No contract length, minimum term or pricing model is stated anywhere on the service site
  • Ownership of the domains warmed before each cohort launch, and of the inboxes and LinkedIn accounts used, is never stated

SendtoWin pricing

SendtoWin publishes no prices and no pricing model. A page at /pricing exists but carries unedited template content, with plans at $12 a month offering a 'Webflow.io domain' and '1 GB bandwidth', which are not outbound prices.

The website terms say managed engagements run under a separate written agreement. Anyone who wants to run outbound themselves is pointed to SendTech, the self-serve platform, which has its own sign-up.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

The unit of a result

Measures itself on pipeline

This records what SendtoWin publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Funded B2B companies that rely on events get a described play here, for filling in-person dinners and conferences, on top of email and LinkedIn outbound run end to end. The named team and the plain warm-up timeline make the first month easy to picture.

A seed fund sits beside the service: SendtoWin Ventures says it sees which startups are breaking out because SendtoWin runs their outbound. Buyers uneasy about that, and those who need a published price or term before a call, have reason to pass, and anyone going ahead should ask how client data is kept apart.
