ScaleSprint review

Runs it for you

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

ScaleSprint is a done-for-you cold email and LinkedIn service led by its founder, Niclas, who says he has built cold outreach systems full-time for four years and sent over 10,000,000 cold emails. It builds the outreach funnel inside the client's company, then runs the campaigns, the inboxes and the appointment setting.

Its guarantee comes with conditions the site explains. It promises 20 to 60 qualified sales calls during the engagement or no service fee. The promise applies only to companies that have already closed at least five deals from cold outreach, because their offer is proven with cold prospects.

Most clients are agencies, the FAQ says, although it takes any B2B company. Clients get two one-to-one calls a month with the founder and are asked for one to two hours of their own time each week.

Who ScaleSprint is for

B2B companies, most often agencies, doing at least $20,000 a month in revenue and already able to close deals from cold outreach, which is what unlocks the call guarantee.

Companies new to cold outreach can still buy the service, but the site says plainly they will go through a testing phase without the guarantee.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Explains exactly who qualifies for its guarantee and why, rather than offering it to everyone
  • States that the funnel is built directly inside the client's company
  • Publishes the time it expects from clients, one to two hours a week, and the number of founder calls, two a month
  • Includes automation buildouts on Make and offer positioning work alongside the campaigns

Where it falls short

  • No price, pricing model or contract term is published; the FAQ says only that clients should be able to invest a couple of thousand dollars to start
  • Qualified sales call is not defined, although the guarantee depends on it
  • No company address, legal entity or team page is published, and the footer's terms of service and privacy policy links do not lead to a page
  • Its published case studies and testimonials are mostly from marketing agencies, so evidence for other kinds of B2B seller is limited

ScaleSprint pricing

No price is published. The FAQ says pricing depends on which parts of the system a client needs and on its goals, and that an estimate is given on a call. It adds that a client 'should be able to at very least invest a couple thousand dollars to get started'.

The guarantee is the firmest commercial term on the site. It promises 20 to 60 qualified sales calls during the engagement or no service fee, for companies that have already closed five deals from cold outreach.

Guarantee, as published: 20 to 60 qualified sales calls during the engagement, or no service fee; only for companies that have already closed at least 5 deals from cold outreach

This records what ScaleSprint publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

Five deals already closed from cold outreach is the condition that unlocks ScaleSprint's call guarantee, so an agency or B2B seller past that mark is the buyer it is written for. The funnel is built inside your company, and the time commitment is stated up front.

Price, contract term and company address are all missing from the site, and the footer's terms and privacy links lead nowhere, a problem for any buyer who needs them before a first call. Buyers starting cold outreach from scratch get the testing phase without the guarantee.
