Sales Automation Systems review
Runs it for you · Las Vegas, Nevada, United States
Sales Automation Systems sells one thing: cold email at very high volume, aimed at an entire addressable market rather than a sample of it. The pitch is that every contact in a client's market should hear from them every 30 to 60 days. The pricing tiers are named after the monthly send volume that makes that possible.
The homepage sets out four steps: map the market from its own data sources, stand up multi-domain sending infrastructure, test dozens of email angles, then run the winner across the whole list. The founders say they stay hands-on in strategy on every account, and direct calls with the founder are sold as an add-on.
Its published results are client claims, and large ones. It cites $999,750 in closed ARR from cold email for Directive Consulting in about six months, and $4.3M in peak annual pipeline for Fyxer in eight. The site also runs a partner scheme that pays referrers up to 10% of referred revenue for the life of the account.
Who Sales Automation Systems is for
B2B software, AI and services companies with a large market, over a million contacts by the site's own test, and customers worth $15,000 or more over their lifetime. The fit list also asks for a working sales process and proven product-market fit.
Reply volume is the practical test, because the sales team has to absorb a heavy flow of it. The site's Positive Reply Playbook, co-created with a client, is about booking 50 to 80% of positive replies into meetings.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes three volume tiers with monthly prices, from $6,000 for 100,000 emails to $25,000 for 1 million.
- States its fit criteria and its exclusions plainly, including markets under 10,000 contacts and customer value under $1,000.
- Infrastructure setup and maintenance, list sourcing, copywriting and campaign management are included on every tier rather than sold separately.
- Publishes named client results with testimonials, including closed ARR figures rather than only reply counts.
Where it falls short
- Cold email is its sole channel, so there is no LinkedIn, calling or paid work to fall back on if email underperforms in a market.
- The model needs a very large market, and the site turns away companies with fewer than 10,000 contacts to reach.
- The tiers are named by monthly send volume, yet the same pricing card lists unlimited sending with no cap, and the site does not reconcile the two.
- It sets up and maintains multi-domain sending infrastructure, but never says whether those domains, or the lead data, stay with the client when an engagement ends.
Sales Automation Systems pricing
Three tiers are published, each priced 'as low as' a monthly figure. Seed is $6,000 for 100,000 emails a month, Series A $12,500 for 400,000, and Series B $25,000 for 1 million. The site says engagements start on a flat quarterly retainer, so a first commitment covers three months at the chosen tier.
The add-ons carry no prices. They include calls with the founder, emails waterfalled into your CRM, verified mobiles on positive replies, TAM CSV exports and a Clay training workshop.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Measures itself on pipeline
This records what Sales Automation Systems publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Emailing an entire market every 30 to 60 days is the whole model. The buyer it needs is a B2B company with a very large market, a proven offer and a sales team that can handle volume. The published tiers make the monthly cost and the send volume clear before the first call.
The model assumes a market big enough to cycle through every two months, so a market of a few thousand accounts is too small for it. Buyers who need LinkedIn or calling alongside email should also look further. So should anyone who wants the multi-domain sending setup and lead data handed over at the end, a question the site never answers.
This is an independent review. Sales Automation Systems is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
