Reachflow review
Runs it for you
Reachflow is a Spanish-language outbound shop that says it is Clay-certified in Spain and Smartlead-certified in Spain and Latin America. Its core service, prospección en frío, maps the client's whole market and builds lists from what it says are more than 100 data points. It then runs small A/B-tested cold email campaigns rather than bulk sends.
Tool costs are folded in. The homepage says clients get its full stack without paying for licences, and the Starter plan includes sending domains, mailboxes, warmup and reply categorisation. According to the FAQ, sending ramps up from day 15 and accounts reach full capacity by week four or five.
Beside the agency work it sells a GTM engineering course with a private community, and a pack of cold email templates priced at €47. The site is operated by REACHFLOW LTD, according to its legal notice.
Who Reachflow is for
Spanish-speaking B2B companies that want a managed cold email channel without buying Clay, Smartlead or inbox infrastructure themselves. The FAQ asks only for one internal point of contact.
Turning interested replies into meetings stays with the client's sales team, because the service notifies the client as leads show interest rather than booking the calls itself.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes a monthly floor of €2,000, which much of this market does not.
- Plan cards state sending volume per month, from 6,000 to 10,200 emails, with infrastructure and warmup included at entry.
- Tool licences are covered, so the client does not pay separately for the enrichment and sending stack.
- Publishes an expected output of 25 to 60 interested leads a month, and says the exact figure depends on the client's capacity and industry.
Where it falls short
- The plan cards carry no prices, so what €2,000 buys and what the larger plans cost are not stated.
- The no-results, no-payment promise appears as a headline with no published conditions.
- The homepage gives two versions of its revenue claim, over €4M in one block and over €3M in another, beside a counter showing €3.2M.
- No minimum term, team size or ownership of the domains and mailboxes is published.
Reachflow pricing
The FAQ says services start at €2,000 a month and scale with scope. The service page lists three plans, Starter, Advanced and Growth, by people contacted and emails sent per month. They run from 2,000 people and 6,000 emails up to 3,400 people and 10,200 emails, with no price printed on any of them.
Starter includes domain and mailbox infrastructure, warmup, list building with enrichment and verification, three campaign angles and weekly reporting; Advanced adds CRM integration. Growth refers to a Multichannel plan that is not shown on the page. No plan card mentions a setup fee or a minimum term.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells positive replies or leads
No published definition of qualified.
Guarantee, as published: Headline promise that it fills the calendar with opportunities 'and if not, you don't pay'; the conditions are not published
This records what Reachflow publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
A seller in Spanish-speaking B2B markets gets a managed cold email programme here, with the Clay and Smartlead licences, inboxes and data costs inside one monthly fee. The published floor and the volume on each plan give a buyer more to compare than a bare invitation to book a call.
Reachflow flags interested leads and leaves the booking to the client's team, so it is the wrong route for anyone who needs calls booked, channels beyond email spelled out, or written terms behind the money-back promise. Buyers who want to know who keeps the domains and lists at the end will need to ask, because the site does not say.
This is an independent review. Reachflow is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
