PLNITUDE review
Runs it for you
PLNITUDE sells commercial appointments to facility-services firms: cleaning and janitorial, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, security and window services. It researches the decision-maker in every commercial building in a client's area, writes to them on the client's behalf, and hands over anyone who asks for a quote.
The commercial model is the unusual part. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no contract. The client pays per qualified lead once it lands, and the first five leads are taken as a refundable deposit. Each service area gets one client, and leads are never shared.
The case studies name real firms, including Impeccably Clean in Maryland and ServiceMaster Glasgow, alongside a second set of B2B agencies such as Feature Digital and First Page Digital. The site says the same system books meetings for B2B companies too.
Who PLNITUDE is for
Established commercial cleaning, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, security or window companies in a metro of a million people or more, with an owner or rep who can follow up fast. The site is explicit that the client books the appointment itself.
PLNITUDE's own not-for list rules out a firm with no commercial track record, one in a small market where everyone already knows everyone, and anyone without the capacity to work the leads.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes what counts as a billable lead: a yes to a quote, inside the service area, in a served industry, with a reachable decision-maker.
- No retainer, setup fee or contract, with payment only after a lead is delivered.
- Area exclusivity is stated as a rule: one company per service area, and leads are never passed to a competitor.
- Says it sends from separate domains built for outreach, never the client's main company domain.
Where it falls short
- The per-lead price is not published anywhere on the site.
- The headline promises appointments, but the FAQ says the client or its rep follows up and books them.
- No channel besides cold email is described, and no team, founding year or office is published.
- Ownership of the sending domains and the prospect data is not addressed.
PLNITUDE pricing
PLNITUDE prices per qualified lead and publishes no figure for it. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no contract; the FAQ says the client pays for leads and nothing else.
To start, the first five leads are paid as a refundable deposit, returned in full if it does not deliver. The headline expectation is 5 to 10 exclusive quote requests a month, with first leads inside seven days. The same FAQ answer also mentions spending the first couple of weeks warming up the sending.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells positive replies or leads
Publishes what counts as qualified.
“One that said yes to a quote, sits in your service area, is in an industry you serve, and gives you a reachable decision-maker.”
Guarantee, as published: The first five leads are paid as a refundable deposit, returned in full if it does not deliver

Verdict
Established commercial cleaning, HVAC, roofing and other facilities firms in a large metro are the fit when they want new building accounts without paying a monthly fee for effort. The pay-per-lead model, the written definition of a billable lead and the one-firm-per-area rule put most of the risk on the supplier.
Quote requests, not booked appointments, are what PLNITUDE hands over, so it is a poor match for a buyer who wants a filled calendar, a price before the first call or channels beyond email. Firms outside facility services can see B2B agency results on the page, but the offer, the fit criteria and the exclusivity rule are all written for facilities.
This is an independent review. PLNITUDE is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
