Outreachify review

Runs it for you · Casper, Wyoming, United States

Outreachify sells cold email at volume: the site advertises 50,000 or more emails a month, each written from a signal such as active ad spend, recent funding or hiring. It maps a client's full TAM, enriches every account, keeps copy under 65 words and routes interested replies through to booked calls.

Its pricing answer is short: a monthly retainer, no pay per call, and a free campaign first to earn trust, with the quote given on a call. The ROI calculator on the homepage fixes its assumptions at 60,000 emails a month, a 1.5% reply rate and a $4,000 monthly campaign cost.

Named clients include ListKit, HoloGrowth, Ottit and Yanne Capital, and the case studies report figures such as 24 meetings in a first month at a 3.43% reply rate. The footer lists Outreachify LLC at an address in Casper, Wyoming, while the terms are governed by Indian law.

Who Outreachify is for

B2B service firms and software companies that want a large addressable market worked by volume rather than a short account list worked by hand. The site names agencies, lenders, bookkeeping and tax advisers and consultancies among its sectors.

A free campaign comes first, so a buyer can test the provider before any money changes hands.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Offers a free campaign before any retainer is signed.
  • States plainly that it works on retainer and does not sell pay per call.
  • The ROI calculator shows its fixed assumptions, including a 1.5% reply rate, rather than hiding them.
  • Case studies name the client and publish volume and reply rate, such as 3.43% across 99K emails for ListKit.

Where it falls short

  • The retainer is quoted on a call; the one price on the site is the $4,000 figure used in the ROI calculator.
  • The comparison table claims 5% to 8% reply rates while the calculator assumes 1.5%.
  • The refund policy makes setup fees and retainers non-refundable once paid, including after a client cancels.
  • The footer names Outreachify LLC in Wyoming, the refund policy names Outreachify LLP, and the terms are governed by Indian law.

Outreachify pricing

The FAQ says Outreachify works on a monthly retainer, not pay per call, and gives quotes on a call after a free campaign. No package, minimum term or position on who keeps the sending domains is published.

The homepage ROI calculator fixes the monthly campaign cost at $4,000, labelled the all-inclusive cost of professional execution, alongside 60,000 emails a month. Treat that as the site's illustration rather than a quote. The refund policy states that setup fees and retainers are non-refundable once paid.

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

Verdict

Fifty thousand or more emails a month, with a free campaign before any retainer, is the offer for a B2B service firm or SaaS company with a large market. The calculator's fixed assumptions give a way to test the economics before the call.

A narrow account list that calls for low-volume, research-led outreach is a poor match for an offer built around volume, as the site itself says. Price, term and ownership of the sending domains also wait for the call, a problem for a buyer who needs them in writing first.
