MintLeads review
Runs it for you
MintLeads sells one thing: cold email campaigns that end with a phone or video call on your calendar. It builds a fresh prospect list for each campaign, writes the copy, handles the replies and books the call. It says you only pay for what is booked, as it is booked.
The tiers are defined by volume rather than price. Boost covers one vertical and 2,500 targets a month, Grow two or more verticals and 5,000, and Scale unlimited verticals and 10,000 with a customised qualification process. Each tier is labelled with the revenue it aims to add, from $250k to $1.5M of ARR, which is a target and not a fee.
The site carries few dates. Its footer reads 2022 and the blog posts are undated, though the booking calendar linked from every button had open slots from 21 September 2026 when checked.
Who MintLeads is for
B2B companies that want calls rather than a campaign to manage, and that can state their pre-qualifying criteria clearly enough for a discovery call to turn them into a filter. The no-fit, no-fee rule only protects you if those criteria are specific.
One client testimonial describes a small trial followed by a four-month agreement, which leaves room for a buyer who wants to start small, though no trial is offered on the site itself.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Charges only for calls that are booked, and publishes a rule that a booked prospect who does not fit your target audience is not billed
- Builds a new prospect list for each campaign against your client profile, by its own description, rather than reusing one list across clients
- Spells out tier volumes in targets per month, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000, so a buyer can see the scale each tier runs at
- The About page names nine people, from the founder to a lead copywriter and two account executives, each with a LinkedIn link
Where it falls short
- No price is published for any tier; every tier leads to a 'Get Pricing' button
- Runs cold email only, with no LinkedIn, calling or signal-based work named anywhere on the site
- Whether the fresh list it builds for each campaign is handed over, and who owns the sending domains and inboxes, is never stated
- The footer copyright reads 2022 and nothing visible on the site carries a newer date, so current capacity is a question for the first call
MintLeads pricing
Nothing is priced in public. The site lists three tiers, Boost, Grow and Scale, by scope: number of verticals, monthly target volume of 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000, and reporting cadence. The top tier adds CRM integration and a customised qualification process. Each carries a 'Get Pricing' button rather than a number.
What it does publish is the billing principle: you pay only for what is booked, as it is booked, and each booking carries a money-back guarantee. How that sits alongside a monthly volume tier, and whether there is a minimum spend, is not explained.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells meetings
Publishes what counts as qualified.
“If they make it through to the call and don't fit your target audience, you don't pay for it.”
Guarantee, as published: Each booking is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee, and a booked prospect who does not fit the agreed target audience is not charged
This records what MintLeads publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Paying for booked calls rather than for activity is the whole model here, so the buyer to talk to MintLeads is one who can write down exactly who a qualifying prospect is. The published no-fit, no-fee rule is the useful part, and it gives you something concrete to build the contract around.
Cold email is all it runs, and every tier hides its price behind a 'Get Pricing' button, which does not suit a multichannel buyer or one who budgets first. Nor does the site say who keeps the sending infrastructure afterwards, and it shows little dated activity, so both need checking before any commitment.
This is an independent review. MintLeads is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
