Leadsify review
Runs it for you · Helsinki, Finland
Leadsify is a Helsinki company, Leadsify Oy, that calls itself a growth partner and a fractional Scandinavian sales department. It defines the ideal customer profile with the client, reworks the offer and runs outreach to a lead list the client has approved. It then nurtures replies into meetings and sets up CRM automation around them.
Two things on the site are specific. The FAQ says pricing is mostly based on results, and that clients decide for themselves whether a lead is qualified. Everything else is broad: omnichannel campaigns are mentioned but only email is described, and no price, term or channel mix is published.
Its testimonials come mostly from marketing agencies and B2B service firms.
Who Leadsify is for
B2B companies, agencies and enterprises with at least €100,000 in annual revenue, existing case studies and product-market fit, which is the floor the site publishes.
Results-linked pricing comes with a team that also tidies the CRM and the sales process around the meetings it books, for buyers who want both.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- States that pricing is mostly based on results rather than a flat retainer
- Lets clients decide for themselves whether a lead is qualified, and contacts only a lead list the client has approved
- Covers the steps after the meeting too, including nurturing sequences and CRM automation
- Publishes a clear client floor of €100,000 annual revenue plus existing case studies
Where it falls short
- No price, billing unit or contract term is published, and the FAQ opens its price answer with 'the same typical vague answer'
- Omnichannel is promised but only email outreach is described in any detail
- Parts of the site are out of date: the homepage offers a partner spot for Q2 2026 and the service page invites buyers to scale in 2024
- Leadsify's pages never say who keeps the domains, inboxes and lead data after an engagement
Leadsify pricing
Nothing is published. The FAQ says pricing is mostly based on results and promises it will cost less than an in-house SDR or a lead generation company, with plans explained on a call. The homepage comparison table lists Leadsify's price as based on results, against 3,000 euros a month or more for an SDR.
The FAQ says a campaign launches in three weeks, with results expected in the first months.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells meetings
Publishes what counts as qualified.
“All of our clients get to decide for themselves whether the leads are qualified or not.”
This records what Leadsify publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Leadsify's FAQ states two specific things: pricing mostly based on results, and letting the client decide which leads are qualified. Both matter to a B2B firm above the €100,000 revenue floor, and its nurturing sequences and CRM automation help a buyer who wants the sales process after the meeting handled, not only the outreach before it.
Omnichannel is promised but only email is described, and the FAQ answers the price question with 'the same typical vague answer', leaving a buyer who needs channel detail or a price before a call with little to go on. Ask what based on results means in practice, and what the billable unit is, before signing.
This is an independent review. Leadsify is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
