Lead Printer review
Runs it for you · Tallinn, Estonia · Since 2023
Lead Printer is the outbound arm of an Estonian web agency group. Its founders, Sander Aavik and Oliver Reinaas, grew their web design agency, vDisain, with cold outreach and started selling lead generation as a service at the end of 2023. It now runs sales divisions in Latvia, Lithuania and the UK.
Its campaigns rely on scraped data rather than off-the-shelf lists. Examples include Google Maps searches for resorts and bicycle shops, national business registries for e-commerce stores above a revenue line, and LinkedIn job posts for recruiters. The case studies name the client, the target list and often the revenue closed.
The guarantee is spelled out. If fewer than 20 qualified leads arrive in the first month, the campaign runs up to two more months at its expense, then it refunds each missing lead. Clients are charged only for the campaign period, not the three to four-week setup.
Who Lead Printer is for
B2B sellers of high-ticket services with a target market of at least 5,000 people, or medium-ticket offers with at least 50,000. Its case studies concentrate on European markets reached in local languages.
The trade is a refund-backed lead guarantee instead of a published price, on a three-month initial term.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Guarantees 20 qualified leads a month and publishes the remedy: extension first, then a refund per missing lead
- Charges only for the campaign period, with no separate charge for the three to four-week setup on a three-month term
- Case studies name the client, the target list and the method, such as Google Maps or business-registry scraping
- Publishes its sending rules: 10+ domains, three mailboxes per domain, 20 emails per mailbox per day, never the client's primary domain
Where it falls short
- No price is published, and the ROI calculator asks you to enter a management fee rather than showing one
- Does not define a qualified lead, although both the guarantee and the refund depend on the term
- The 10+ sending domains and the Google accounts it sets up come with no published answer on who keeps them
- Shares a legal entity, WEB DESIGN AGENCY OÜ, with the web design agency vDisain, so the outbound team is one part of a wider group
Lead Printer pricing
No price appears on the site. The FAQ explains the structure instead: a three-month commitment, then month to month, with charges only for the months in which emails go out and leads come in. A one-month campaign is possible for an extra setup fee.
The three-month commitment only holds if at least 20 qualified leads a month are delivered, and the refund covers each missing lead after two extra months of free campaign time.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells positive replies or leads
No published definition of qualified.
Guarantee, as published: At least 20 qualified leads in the first month, or the campaign is extended at its expense for up to two months, then money back for every missing lead
This records what Lead Printer publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Google Maps, national business registries and LinkedIn job posts are where Lead Printer finds prospects, which matters if your buyers are easier to find there than in standard databases. The 20-lead guarantee comes with a stated refund, and the case studies show the scraping behind each campaign.
The refund per missing lead is only as strong as the definition of a qualified lead, and the site leaves that open. A buyer who needs that definition, or the price, before a demo will not get either from the website.
This is an independent review. Lead Printer is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
