Forge Strategy review
Runs it for you · Canada
Forge Strategy's case studies read like a hospitality sales team's: a wellness resort, waterparks, hotels and restaurant groups, each chasing group bookings, retreats and corporate events. The Canadian team runs cold email and LinkedIn campaigns for them, with appointment setting as an option, and lists nineteen industries it targets.
The guarantee is the distinctive part. An engagement is one month of setup and five of sending. If the agreed minimum KPI is missed by the end of month six, Forge keeps working at no extra cost until it is met, then moves to month-to-month. A calculator on the site shows how that KPI is worked out, counted in engaged leads.
Who Forge Strategy is for
Hotels, resorts, venues and restaurant groups that sell to corporate buyers, and other businesses with a large value per deal that want a steady flow of warm conversations rather than a list.
The six-month shape suits a buyer prepared to commit half a year in return for a guaranteed floor. It suits less well a company that wants to test outbound for a month first.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes a guarantee with a stated remedy: a missed minimum KPI means free service until it is met
- Its calculator shows the guaranteed number of engaged leads is worked back from a revenue target of twice the total fee
- Eleven published case studies, almost all hotels, resorts, venues and restaurant groups, so the fit for those buyers is evidenced
- Names 17 people on its about page, from the CEO to managers for copywriting and GTM systems
Where it falls short
- No price is published, and the guarantee calculator asks you to enter the monthly fee yourself
- The six-month term means a buyer commits half a year before month-to-month terms become available
- The guaranteed unit is an 'engaged lead', and the site does not define what counts as one
- The lead lists it sources and enriches, and the sending domains and mailboxes, have no stated owner when the engagement ends
Forge Strategy pricing
No fee is published. The guarantee page describes the term instead: one month of setup and build-out, five months of sending, then month-to-month once the targets are met.
The KPI calculator on the same page takes your monthly fee, conversion rates and deal value. It sets a target revenue of twice the total fee and works back to a guaranteed number of engaged leads. It shows the logic clearly, but the fee itself has to come from a call.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells positive replies or leads
No published definition of qualified.
Guarantee, as published: If the agreed minimum KPI is not hit by the end of the six-month term, it keeps running the service at no additional cost until it is
This records what Forge Strategy publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Hotels, resorts, venues and restaurant groups chasing corporate and group bookings through outbound will recognise the case studies, which sit in that world. The guarantee also gives a six-month engagement a floor with a clear remedy.
Software sellers will find their own market missing from the case studies, and the six-month term leaves no room for a short trial. Ask how an engaged lead is counted before signing, because the guarantee is only as firm as that definition.
This is an independent review. Forge Strategy is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
