Digital Creativs review
Runs it for you · Toronto, Canada
Digital Creativs is a Toronto company run by Prakhar Keshari and Preeti Malik, whose team cards describe them as an ex Y Combinator software engineer and growth hacker. It sells a done-for-you cold email system and says it aims to book 10 to 30 sales qualified meetings a month with decision makers at the client's target companies.
The process has three steps: an onboarding form and call, a technical setup covering lead lists, email infrastructure, LinkedIn automations, Clay tables and copy, then launch. The FAQ is specific on mechanics. Outreach begins 14 days after onboarding and sends from new domains under the name of the client's top sales rep, and every script is reviewed together before launch.
Scope stops at the calendar. The team books meetings on the rep's Calendly and follows up no-shows, but will not take sales calls.
Who Digital Creativs is for
Online startups, SaaS, AI, Web3, fintech and IT consulting firms, which are the six markets the site names. It suits a founder or small sales team that wants meetings delivered without running tools, and has a closer ready to take them.
The cancel-anytime term suits a cautious first buyer, though the team itself recommends staying at least 90 days.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Allows cancellation at any time, while stating plainly that it recommends a 90-day minimum.
- Reviews every script with the client before any campaign launches.
- Follows up with prospects who miss a booked meeting once the client flags it on Slack.
- States a concrete start date: outreach begins 14 days after the onboarding call.
Where it falls short
- No price is published anywhere on the site.
- The FAQ says outreach runs from new domains and email accounts it creates, but not whether those, or the lead lists, pass to the client after the engagement.
- One FAQ answer says prospects have typically not opted in, and another says the team only uses opt-in databases, and the two are hard to reconcile.
- Its terms and privacy policy are Google Docs last updated in September 2023, and the footer reads Copyright 2024.
Digital Creativs pricing
Nothing is published: no retainer, no per-meeting rate and no setup fee. The FAQ says clients typically see a five to ten times return on investment, which is the company's own claim and is not tied to a stated fee.
Terms are light. You can cancel at any time, the team recommends a minimum of 90 days, and the Terms and Conditions defer payment terms to individual agreements or invoices.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells meetings
No published definition of qualified.
This records what Digital Creativs publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Cancel-anytime terms, script approval before launch and chased no-shows make this a low-commitment start. The fit is a startup or SaaS company in one of the six named markets that wants cold email run for it. The FAQ answers most operational questions in advance.
Email and LinkedIn are the whole offer, and neither a price nor a written position on the new sending domains is published. Buyers who need other channels or those answers should look further. Buyers in Europe should ask how the two opt-in answers square with their own GDPR advice.
This is an independent review. Digital Creativs is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
