Corebits review
Builds and runs it
Corebits runs outbound for three different buyers and gives each its own page. Capital Raising puts energy developers and funds in front of family offices, RIAs and high net worth investors. Deal Origination books off-market owner conversations for private equity firms, independent sponsors and family offices. GTM and Outbound is a conventional B2B service across email, LinkedIn, calling and SMS.
Every engine carries a stated guarantee. The capital page promises 15 qualified investor conversations in the first 90 days or a refund, and defines qualified as a verified, accredited investor whose mandate fits and who takes the call. The deals page promises five to ten owner conversations a month, and the GTM site promises five qualified meetings in 30 days or free work until they arrive.
The capital page is careful about what it is not: not a broker-dealer, placement agent or finder, never paid from a transaction, and working only on Reg D 506(c) raises.
Who Corebits is for
Energy developers and funds raising under Reg D 506(c), and private equity buyers who want proprietary owner conversations on a flat fee rather than a success fee. Those two engines are where the site is most specific.
B2B SaaS, fintech and services companies from seed to Series C can use the GTM service, which offers done-for-you outreach, a Clay playbook build they keep, or an embedded GTM engineer.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Defines a qualified investor conversation in writing and backs 15 of them in 90 days with a refund.
- States that it is never paid from a transaction, which keeps it clear of success-fee incentives on capital and M&A work.
- Offers three delivery shapes for B2B outbound: fully managed, a Clay build the client runs, or an embedded engineer.
- The deal origination service lets the client approve every list before it sends.
Where it falls short
- No price is published for any engine; the site describes a flat fee without a figure.
- The capital raising engine is limited to energy raises under Reg D 506(c), so other sectors are out of scope.
- The GTM done-for-you option can run on Corebits' own stack, and the site does not say what happens to those domains when it ends.
- No team, address or company registration is published, only a support email and a booking link.
Corebits pricing
No figures are published. The main site and the capital page describe a flat fee with no commission or equity. The deal origination page compares a flat monthly fee against success fees and in-house hires without stating its own number.
The capital raising engine starts with a 90-day pilot backed by a refund if 15 qualified conversations do not arrive, provided the client works the leads and takes the calls. Terms for the GTM service are not described beyond its 30-day meeting guarantee.

Verdict
Energy companies raising under Reg D 506(c), and private equity buyers tired of banked auctions, are the buyers Corebits has written its guarantees and its limits for. The refund-backed investor pilot is an unusually concrete first step.
Three engines under one roof, and a flat fee with no figure attached, make Corebits a poor match for a buyer who wants a single-motion shop or a price before the call. B2B teams should confirm who owns the sending infrastructure on the done-for-you tier before signing.
This is an independent review. Corebits is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
