Cleverviral review
Runs it for you
Research comes before copy at Cleverviral. Agents read each account before anything is written, and a prospect is dropped from a send if the research finds nothing real to say. Campaigns run as a portfolio, with broad campaigns across the whole market and narrower, trigger-based ones alongside them, and the angles that earn replies get the volume.
The reply side gets as much attention. Its CleverResponder drafts a response to every reply in the client's Slack within about a minute. A human approves each one before it sends, and follow-ups continue in the same thread until a meeting is booked. Closed deals are traced back to the angle and thread that started them, in the client's CRM.
Entry is a free test campaign that the site calls a two-way filter. Programmes start at 20,000 messages a month, and the terms say Cleverviral keeps its systems and workflows while the client keeps its prospect and reply data.
Who Cleverviral is for
B2B companies with product-market fit, a total market of at least 50,000 companies and deal sizes large enough that researching each prospect pays for itself, from mid-market upwards.
Approving segments, angles and replies without running the tooling is the role left to the client's sales team. The team should also be content for the provider to keep the system afterwards.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Offers a free test campaign on the buyer's own ICP before any retainer is paid.
- Every AI-drafted reply is approved by a human before it sends, which the site states in several places.
- Publishes a volume floor of 20,000 messages a month and a Slack response time of four business hours.
- Covers the work after a positive reply, including deal attribution, retargeting of quiet leads and CRM nurture.
Where it falls short
- No retainer price is published, only the statement that the free test comes before one.
- The terms keep all systems, workflows and tooling with Cleverviral, including improvements made during the engagement.
- Results are reported as pipeline and qualified leads, and the site does not define a qualified lead.
- The 50,000-company market floor rules out niche sellers with a small, well-defined account list.
Cleverviral pricing
No fee is published. Programmes start at 20,000 messages a month. The site promises 'real replies before you spend a dollar on retainer', which confirms a monthly retainer follows the free test. The terms say fees and billing frequency are set in each order or statement of work.
The terms also state that paid engagements are not contingent on a number of meetings or replies unless agreed in writing, and that termination follows the individual order.

Verdict
The free test campaign lets a B2B team in a large market see replies on its own list before any commitment, which makes the first step cheap. It fits a team that wants research-led, AI-assisted outbound with a human signing off every reply.
Cleverviral's terms keep its systems and workflows, improvements included, which rules it out for a buyer who wants to own them at the end. A total market well under 50,000 companies is also below its floor, and a buyer who needs a price or a meeting commitment before the test will not find either on the site.
This is an independent review. Cleverviral is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
