Brokr Leads review

Runs it for you · Boca Raton, Florida, United States

Most outbound shops sell meetings with buyers; Brokr Leads sells conversations with sellers. Its clients are business brokers and M&A advisors, and its prospects are owners of businesses that might be for sale. It calls the approach a Virtual Direct Mail System: targeted cold email, sent from new domains and accounts it creates, to owners filtered by industry, revenue and location.

Its sharpest commercial term is exclusivity. The site says it works with one broker per territory and does not resell or recycle leads. It also states that it is not a broker, does not list businesses and takes no commission. The team manages the inbox and alerts the broker when an owner is ready to talk.

Founder Aaron Ensminger says he started his career at a brokerage. The business is based in Boca Raton, Florida, and describes itself as a Smartlead certified partner. Its testimonials also include KTB Talent Group and Maxify Marketing, so the method is not limited to deal sourcing.

Who Brokr Leads is for

Business brokers and M&A advisors who rely on referrals, networking and direct mail for sell-side mandates. It suits one who wants a steady flow of owners replying that they would consider selling.

The territory model suits a broker who wants a local market to itself. Other B2B firms appear in the testimonials, but the site is written for brokers throughout.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Built for one buyer, business brokers and M&A advisors, with messaging aimed at owners considering an exit.
  • Promises territory exclusivity: one broker per area, with leads never resold or recycled.
  • Sends from new domains and email accounts rather than the broker's own, which protects the main inbox.
  • Manages the inbox and filters responses, so the broker only hears about owners ready to talk.

Where it falls short

  • No price, package detail or contract term is published; the FAQ says lead volume depends on the package chosen.
  • The unit delivered is a seller lead, and the site does not define what makes a response count as one.
  • The new domains and email accounts Brokr Leads creates for each broker have no stated owner once the engagement ends.
  • Cold email is the sole channel offered, so calling and LinkedIn stay with the broker.

Brokr Leads pricing

No pricing is published. The FAQ says the number of leads depends on the package, with options for a steady flow or a higher volume, and asks buyers to enquire. There is no mention of a setup fee, a minimum term or a per-lead rate.

The timeline is stated: the first campaign launches two weeks after onboarding is complete, once the broker approves it.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

The unit of a result

Sells positive replies or leads

No published definition of qualified.

This records what Brokr Leads publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

The fit is direct for a business broker or M&A advisor who wants sell-side conversations with owners in a defined area. Territory exclusivity means no rival broker gets the same leads there. The single focus and the exclusivity promise are both stated plainly on the page.

Packages for a steady flow or a higher volume are mentioned but not priced, and no contract term or definition of a qualified seller lead is published, so a buyer who needs those before the first call will not find them. Anyone outside brokerage and M&A will find a site written for someone else.
